  1. Recurring bookings, if not able to self-heal remain as booked in the user's Outlook Calendar

    If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank.   4. Change the Book for somebody else - WEB version for a more user friendly one

    Dear Condeco, we would like to ask you to change the Book for somebody else feature in Condeco WEB version to a more user friendly one.

    Currently, when we select Book for somebody else, we got 5 fields which are dark and we cannot enter there any user data. To enter a user data, we need to click on Search and enter the last and first name of a user.

  6. Better logic of the Team day feature

    Dear Condeco, the currently available Teams day feature in mobile application is very usefull, but we identified a weak point in case of the desk reservations.

    We have a location where we have two concentration desks available for booking.
    When somebody hurry and wants to create a Teams day reservation for let's say 3 people and select concentration desks for that location, that person is able to book it.

  7. Ability to specify default seating style for linked meeting spaces

    Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

  8. Limit the e-mail template "Applies to" functionality to just body of e-mail

    The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

  9. Multiple Closure Dates for Resources

    I've noticed that it is only possible to have one closure period on a resource at a time. For instance, if I've got a future date where all the desks are closed and I've closed the desks on the system for that date, if my technicians close a desk today in order to fix a live issue, then that desk loses its booking for the future date. An improvement would be to allow a resource to have a closure on multiple dates, so that future events like block closures can be booked alongside single one-off closures for maintenance.

  10. Non default group restrictions - additional setup for VIP's

    Dear Condeco, we need an additional solution to extend the Non default group restrictions setup or change the user profile setup as it is described below.

    Currently you can set that function Non default group restrictions for everybody, but we need a solution, where a setup can be made just for a specific person.

  11. set a time that desks are available from, rather then 1 day or same day

    currently you can only set the time a desk is bookable either in weeks, days or same day. it would be very useful (especially for parking) to be able to set the time a space is available to be booked the day before at, for example 3pm. this would allow an admin to make any changes necessary to the group of spaces during the day up to 3pm (in this example). like close off spaces for contractors or last minute visitors. and still allow user to book those spaces within the working day (3pm-5.30pm). i have found a current work…

  12. Instead of Welcome page on mobile app., pop up the Homelocation floorplan

    Dear Condeco, we would like to propose changes related to the Mobile application, both IOS and Android mobile application. When you open the application you get a Welcome page. Instead of that Welcome page we would like to propose to popup always the home location of a person. In that way, when somebody does not know, how to orient in a building, this can be very helpful. When it is possible, please popup always the location, which is choose by a user and when no location is choose, always the home location. Thank you.

    Provide admin setting to define on e.g. per booking group/per site which booking workflow (meeting spaces or personal spaces) opens by default when opening the main app in the wep portal. We have sites with personal space booking only but here users are always landing in the meeting space worklfow by default cause we have this available at other sites.

  18. Make "Rest Password" easy to the employees - Removal of memorable word and adding OTP triggered to their email.

    Dear Condeco, its been observed in recent times lot of employees are raising a concern that they are not able to reset their password on their own and are reaching out to the global admins to reset at the backend.

    Currently employees can reset their password only if they remember memorable word, but generally people do tend to forget both their main password as well as the memorable word. Having memorable word as a mandatory step whilst resetting the password is making the task hectic for both global admins and employees and is leading to lesser utilization of the tool…

    'Find a colleague' on mobile application not only displays where your colleague is present but also allows you to book a desk next to your colleague.

    So, you were getting the error of 'No desk available for the selected search criteria' because of the below group setting

    The mobile application and web application are now designed to show the floor plan when searching a for a colleague regardless of whether there is spaces available in the group and if the searcher already has a conflicting Personal space booking. Can you check this functionality and if this is not what you're seeing, raise this with Condeco Support team to investigate.
