  1. Exchange sync service monitoring

    Exchange sync is one of the most crucial functionalities for our implementation of Condeco. Last time this service stopped working, we have no idea until checking the Exchange room mapping settings, and it could have been down for a month at that point. Please provide a feature to notify admins when this feature is down, so that we can take actions in a timely manners

  3. Disable Meeting Spaces on Condeco Portal

    As an admin, I must have the ability to disable the 'meeting space' functionality on the Condeco Portal without impacting the ability for my users to continue reservations via their outlook calendar, so that users are not presented with conflicting experiences while booking a conference room.

  4. Description Field when Personal Space Status Changes

    When our Facilities Department closes a desk (due to broken equipment, etc.) we would like them to be able to track the reason for the closure for better management of those desks, and then edit/update that Description field once the desk is able to reopen.

  5. More granular Admin override for Notice periods

    At the moment there is a global switch for either allowing or disallowing admins to override notice periods.

    It would be far more useful it we could allow this at the user level so that specified people including global admins can to override notice periods. In particular this is important for specific vendor users who should be allowed to override notice periods on their own catering/resources.

  6. Support Portal Lockouts

    It would be ideal if after a lockout the admin does not have to wait 30 mins before they can reset their password.
    No other applications have a 30 minute wait?

  7. Allow colleagues to be tagged on to ticket on support portal

    It would be good if I could tag colleagues on to support portal ticket at the time the ticket is raised (JIRA used to allow this)

  8. Notification for Meeting Room requests to Group Admins

    When a Meeting Room must be requested a notification should be able to be setup to notify the Group Admins for that resource. As it currently stands, there is no way to ONLY notify admins for a specific group. If a user requests a meeting room in Group A, only the Administrators for Group A should be notified. Otherwise, if you have multiple groups, Admin will potentially get flooded with requests that they cannot approve.

    Allow admins to enable half day bookings for personal spaces at the Location or Group level. Currently it is only possible to allow half day bookings in the Global Setup which applies to all Locations and Groups.

  10. Report access restructuring

    Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  11. Include the screen that is down on the Heartbeat emails

    The emails for Heartbeat notification should include what screen is failing so the screen can be checked easier than having to log into the portal to see what screen is down.

  12. Reports having 2 enteries am and pm

    Dear Condeco,
    is it possible when running a report that we can choice the am /pm button to avoid having double enteries, I am aware that booking a Desk for a day generates 2 entries in the Database one for AM and another for PM to allow for differnet time zones but this creates names coming up twice, it would be good not to have names twice on reports!

  13. group administration tab for location admins and group admins

    Please make it possible for location admins and group admins to administrate the groups.

    Currently, only country admins have access to this, but we have too many locations inside of one country and we need that location admins to have the option to administrate the group under the location.

  14. Ordering of Resources appearing in the Booking Grid

    Allow for a more efficient way to reorder the resources for the booking grid. Currently they default to the order they were added in. To add something in the middle of a sequence you have to click the up or down arrow potentially hundreds of times. Provide drag and drop functionality or some speedier way to resort, perhaps something similar to how you can sort a table in Excel allowing for compound rules. Sort by Column A then by Column C

  15. Allow to override the number o Slots per Week for a user group by group

    Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

  16. Allow management of Room Attributes via UI

    Allow an administrator to manage Room attributes via the UI in the same way that they can manage Personal Space attributes through Meta Administration. Currently a Service Request is needed to make any changes in attributes for Rooms

  17. Please add more Meeting Room (resource) sort columns

    I need to be able to sort by more fields in order to pinpoint rooms better. Example - Currently I am updating all rooms to have exchange mailboxes. I have absolutely no way of seeing which rooms have mailboxes unless I click into every single one. This is time consuming and prone to error.

  18. Book a personal space: All | None feature, make it available for users

    Dear Condeco, we would like to suggest to change a feature available in Condeco under Book a personal space.

    When a person has Admin rights, under Book a personal space there is an option to select all the days once or none of them (feature All | None).

    This is not available for the users.

    We propose to have it available also for the users as it is a friendly user function in Condeco and the users will like it at all.

    It will be helpful for all the users.

    We would like an automated email notification when a service is booked as part of a room booking. We would like to send the email notification to a different recipient(s) based on the type of service requested.

  20. select who should receive admin emails (Deletion or creation emails) and provide the ability to turn off these emails.

    In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.
