Ability to prohibit/ exclude weekend days booking for personal spaces. Currently when the advance booking period for a group is specified in days the system allows weekends to be booked and counts the weekend days in the advance period. There is no way to restrict this. Weekend days are not bookable or counted when the advance period for the group is specified in weeks.

Rental Cost for Rooms
Room costs per room must be maintainable. There must be the possibility of maintaining the room costs per day as a flat rate (regardless of the duration of the meeting). A cost overview for the customer is essential. Today it can only be maintained in a roundabout way (minimum costs on an hourly basis). The daily costs must then be taken per day, even if a room booking extends over several days. Currently, it is not clearly visible to the customer that the costs for the room booking are a flat rate, which is not justifiable.

Show the reason why desks are blocked/closed by admins for maintenance tasks
When admins block workspaces (e.g. when desks are equipped with new hardware), it would be nice if you could put a comment like "Desks are getting equipped. You can book these desks again tomorrow". This comment could appear on the floorplan (by default or by hover over those desks) or next to the desk names in booking grid etc.
This would bring more transparency for all users and they would know for which reason and how long desks are closed.

Bulk "Move to Group" option in Resources
Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

Need to Add field in Groups Admin\Email Template
I would like the Additional Information field which can be edited in Resources to be a field you can add into your Email Templates. Please.

Allow multiple tabs or windows open consecutively
Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

custom order of attributes
Attributes for rooms and desks cannot be ordered in a customized way. It is always alphanumerical.
It shall be possible for the admin to cluster/sort the order of attributes manually.1 vote -
Add a text field in the group for the group owner
We have a lot of groups and we would like to see who is responsible for the group or who is the owner of the group.
It would be nice to have additional field in the group settings menu indicating the people who are responsible for the group and allowed to change the settings.

Add City and Organization (free text field) into SCIM
Field for "city" to be added to the application + allow free text for "organization" -> both categories should be also added to SCIM (so that at the moment of new user creation also city and organization is populated in condeco profile).

Self-Certification required for any on site activity
We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name.

"Bulk edit" for changing options in Resources
We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

Floor Plan Administration for Desks: Move multiple desks at once
While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

Automated Data Deletion after configurable timespan (to adhere to data retention policies)
Condeco should have the capability to automatically delete booking data after "N" months. With GDPR and CRPA (coming in 2023) organizations need a way to ensure periodic purges of old user data. Today, that requires that an admin set a calendar tickler to remind them to open a ticket to request Condeco to do such a purge. The system should be empowered to automatically remove the users' data data after "N" months +1 day. If this would be too cumbersome, an alternative would be a monthly bulk deletion (schedulable in a window configured by your customer) of that data when…

Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ should supersede group settings
Currently the visibility of bookings on the booking grid is controlled by the ‘view other users bookings’ option on the group level.
When users opt-out of ‘Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ on their profiles, we expect the user’s privacy choice will supersede group settings and hide the users' bookings on the booking grid regardless of the fact that ‘view other users bookings’ is enabled on a group level.
