Zoom in and zoom out for a floorplan
Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.
Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.
It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.
There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

Recurring bookings, if not able to self-heal remain as booked in the user's Outlook Calendar
If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank. Unplaced recurring bookings cause confustion because according to Outlook the user has the room booked, but Condeco has another booking in the requested room at the…

confirmation emails for room bookings in M365
Room Bookings do not get sent a confirmation email if the booking is made via the Outlook Add-In. A confirmation email from Condeco would be really useful especially in troubleshooting issues with the Add-In

The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.4 votes -
App no longer shows floor plans if no desks are free, which means you can't look at who is sitting where / locate colleagues.
Find a colleague finding a colleague using “Booking grid” is not very convenient. The other option “Find a Colleague” also doesn’t show floor map if all desks are booked. So, it is good to have a floor map to find a colleague as just by hovering on map we can locate who is sitting where rather than finding it under booking grid option. This functionality was there until the most recent upgrade. Hence this is the removal of function or bug. Is Account Manager at Eptura Aware of this? Referring to Case 398756.

Disable user creation option
We need to have it possible to disable the option for the user creation for country admins. We import users from AD and manual creation of the users prevents the user from being created correctly.

Admin of booking opening
It would be useful for admin users, if we were able to change the booking opening. currently this is set to midnight and we would like to change it to noon or any other time during the working day. Given limited bookable resources, this set-up forces employees to book at night, rather than during the workign day.
This feature is critical for us!

Currently, custom fields cannot be made mandatory on the booking form. Would be helpful to have option to make them required

User can sort by column when viewing search results for personal spaces and meeting spaces
When viewing search results for both personal spaces and meeting spaces, there is no option to sort the columns. Would be beneficial to enable users to sort, for example, by workspace type or setup

Inconsistent UI behavior around sorting.  Some places Alphabetical, others not, sometimes by DB entry time
An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

Better logic of the Team day feature
Dear Condeco, the currently available Teams day feature in mobile application is very usefull, but we identified a weak point in case of the desk reservations.
We have a location where we have two concentration desks available for booking.
When somebody hurry and wants to create a Teams day reservation for let's say 3 people and select concentration desks for that location, that person is able to book it.
Problem is, if that person invite 3 people and just two desks are there and the application is not giving any feedback the reserved number of desks are less like the…1 vote -
Feature to notify users that equipment is down in specific conference room
Feature to indicate what equipment is down in specific conference room (i.e. broken camera, broken monitor, speaker not working) so that they are aware prior to booking.

Ability to specify default seating style for linked meeting spaces
Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

Limit the e-mail template "Applies to" functionality to just body of e-mail
The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

set a time that desks are available from, rather then 1 day or same day
currently you can only set the time a desk is bookable either in weeks, days or same day. it would be very useful (especially for parking) to be able to set the time a space is available to be booked the day before at, for example 3pm. this would allow an admin to make any changes necessary to the group of spaces during the day up to 3pm (in this example). like close off spaces for contractors or last minute visitors. and still allow user to book those spaces within the working day (3pm-5.30pm). i have found a current work…
