Ability to add attachments to bookings to keep a log of change requests
We get a lot of email requests from users about changes to managed meetings. We would like the ability to add attachments to keep a trail of change requests
It would be great if we could build in an attachments field into Condeco, we currently have this in our current system and makes life so much easier.

Advanced Booking Grid: The option to choose if ‘amendment’ emails automatically get sent to the host of the meeting
When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).
My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room

HR Feed Sync with Active Directory level 2 (or below) OU
HR Feed only sync with level 1 OU from our Active Directory. We need HR Feed to be able to target a dedicated OU for a more accurate synchronisation process.

Allow for the customisation of ALL possible email templates from Condeco
Not all email templates are customisable.
For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

Prevent users from deleting catering in bookings within a set period of time
Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.
Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

Ability to create roles within the system
Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

When editing desks it would be a lot easier if the system would take me back to the page I'm on rather than take me back to the beginning
When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

Remember floor selection when editing resources
When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

Ability for the system to default add specific Group permissions to users based on their email domain
Build in some intelligence into the system that allows it to recognise user email domains and automatically apply permissions based on email domain e.g. all users registering with domain @abc.com can access Groups 1, 2 and 3; users registering with domain @def.com can access Groups 3, 4 and 5; and users registering with domain @ghi.com can access Groups 1, 3, 4 and 6. I'm aware that some of this functionality is/will become available via AD and future updates (HR feed), but this might be an added benefit for our building where we won't be able to add everyone using those…

Ability to stop users booking meeting rooms on the weekend and on bank holiday's
In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.
To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually

Make it easier to add rooms when an organisation has a lot of service items
If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.
You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.
Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).
Depending on the location selected this list would vary.
This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items

Create a consistency on form controls used
Some of the date picker example inconsistency.
On Find Bookings, when changing the From Date to a different date, the To date does to not update to be the same as the From Date.
However on the Find a Visitor under visitor management, when you change the From Date to a particular value, the To date updates to be the same.
Get the control consistency the same across the application. The same goes with the date picker style (some date pickers have the day of the week starting on a Sunday, while others have it starting on a Monday). It…

Ability to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups
It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

User Management: View history extension with more information
Dear Condeco, we propose to extend the View history section under User management with more information. We would like to see under Actions or under a separate column, what was exactly changed by a Condeco user or administrator. Within that request, we would like to extend also the Actioned By with exact role of that person, which is named under this information.
