  1. Reminder when the booking is about to lapse

    Reminder on mobile app when the booking is about to lapse while the resource is being utilized, this will ensure others who are waiting to occupy the resource will not have to wait thereby less impact to productivity

  2. Additional Contact Tracing Notifications

    Notify all users on Contact Tracing Report via Mobile App and Email. Currently there is a Contact Tracing Notification that is displayed only on the Web Portal upon login, this needs to be expanded to also include the ability to notify via Mobile Application and Email Address on the system.

  3. Sick status option

    Would be good to add a "Sick" option to the status so it can differentiate from "not working today".

  4. Ability to add feedback when book a desk

    It would be usefull if we could add/give a feedback regarding the status of a booked desk.
    If a collegue books a desk and leaves it dirty or in a bad status, the next user who books the same desk should be albe to add a feedback in order to track people who don't behave correctly.
