  1. Meeting rooms including individual desks

    At the moment we are faced with the situation, that we have meeting spaces that are personal spaces as well.
    In detail:
    In the daily business, it is possible to book each individual desk in a room.
    In addition to that, it is possible to book the whole room as a meeting room so that the individual desks are no longer available during this time period.
    I would highly appreciate to have this option in condeco.

  2. Update quick search to show only results that meet a users preferred attributes

    Currently the quick search results from either the today page or under personal spaces -> home show all available resources not just those that meet a users preferred attributes.

    This causes user issues as they book a desk and then find out that it doesn't meet their needs.

    Only under the floor plan view or "Book a personal Space" menu do users see the stars showing desks that meet their needs.

  3. Add Group selection to the Quick Search menu

    "Home" aka Quick Search there is only Location, Floor, Workspace type and Date.

    Adding Groups would help help narrow down the list that appears for users in more than 1.

  4. Automatic check in on the day - make it deactivated even if check in period has started

    At present, Automatic Check In occurs if a booking is made on the day if the check in period has started. However, if a user books on the day, get automatically checked in but doesn't turn up that desk gets wasted, because the user doesn't get bumped and it allows a user to cheat the system. Also, the text in the application set up says that "Bookings made after the check-in period ends are always checked in automatically, regardless of this setting" which is incorrect according to support.   5. Closure Until Date when Closed from Floor Plan

    When closing a desk from the floor plan view, it should ask for an until date, and not automatically set the until date to 2071.

  6. desk booking for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated

    We would like to be able to make bookings for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated. It should then still be possible for the person for whom the booking was made to self-certify at check-in.

  7. Allow some users to book in advance of other users

    Scenario:
    The booking rule is all users can book a desk 2 weeks in advance.
    Our senior managers and partners want the ability to over-ride this restriction so they can book a desk 4 weeks in advance (so they get first dibs on the best/preferred rooms)

  8. Zones: Mark 'Floor' field mandatory

    Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.

    Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

  9. Search for a colleague

    If you look for a colleague and then click on “View” you usually end up on the building plan and can then book. If the area is already fully booked, you can unfortunately not see where the colleague is on the map.

  11. Non Default Group can book further in advance then Primary group

    Secondary(Non Default Group) can book further in advance then the Primary group.

    We have an Employees group and a Directors group. Majority of our desks are setup in Employees group. Employees are allowed to book 2 weeks in advance and Directors should be allowed to book 5 weeks in advance.

    With current setup this is not possible; "Advance Period (Days) in Non-Default group cannot be greater than in Primary group."

  12. "Imperative" vs. "wishes" attributes selection when booking

    When booking a desk with imperative attributes (Mac Only for example), it appears with a star only, not very visible, in all the bookable desks. Some other search attributes are plus, not must haves. If a product doesn't exits in a search engine, the reply should specify it, but suggest other answers. "We haven't find a desk matching ALL your criterias, but we can offer you this..."

  13. App should allow a user to log a fault within the app

    If there is an issue with the desk, a user should be able to report this within the app so the desk is highlighted to an admin in order to fix/close

  14. Visibility of open groups based on default country / region / location

    Currently, open groups are visible to any Condeco user within a given tenant, regardless of their default country / region / location. This might lead to confusion, as e.g. German users don't necessarily need to see the open groups of USA or UK.

    Instead, it would be great to have the possibility to restrict the visibility of an open group in a e.g. German location only to the users that have Germany set as their default country. This restriction could be extended until location level.

  15. Allow Individual Users to come into the office more than their Group's assigned quota

    Able to change permissions so individual users can come into the office more than the quota set for their current Group.
    Currently in Group Settings, you can allow for example 10 days PCM for a group to be in the office. When you want to change a user to be able to come into the office more than the 10 days PCM you cannot do this in user permissions, as the settings is weekly, and the 2 portals do not match. They should both be given the option to set up as days/weeks or months.

  16. Desk - UI Options - Show booking grid to users

    I suggest to have this feature disable or remove in group setting for desk and make it available either per Country or for Global (similar with meeting room). This feature should only to be shown for that specific location or Country if it is enabled. The current setting creates confusion from the end user.
    Example: If i enabled 'Show booking grid to users' to one of the group for Dubai, the booking grid will not only be enabled and shown to Dubai but also for other countries showing that group in Dubai, which that will look like their default location. …

  18. Book for someone else - more granular permission

    With book for someone else being a global setting there is an inability to specify certain users for being able to do this such as administrative assistants or floor admins. We would like to avoid setting them as admins with the system for other settings because that gives them privileges above what is necessary.

    This would be best to configure under the User Management > Group Permissions > The following users have different permissions. Just add a check box column for booking for someone else. People listed there have the options to do some many other options close to this…
