We’ve set our "Notice Required" to 7 days, which helps manage our resources when staff availability is limited. However, it would be helpful if individuals attempting to book outside that window received a notification informing them of the restriction. Additionally, including a contact email in the notification would allow them to inquire about possible exceptions.
Currently, when someone tries to book beyond the allowed timeframe, they simply see that no rooms are available. This can be confusing, as they may assume all spaces are booked rather than realizing there is a restriction in place. A notification would provide clarity and guide them on the next steps, ensuring they know how to proceed.
