    On the booking form under set-up and user selects how they want the room set.

    This is making a self serve system in to a inoperable system, as far as the end user is concerned.
    We are a large law firm and the end users are getting frustrated as they are being prevented from updating bookings (Matter Codes, Guest names etc) if we have service items with a long notification / cut off time ie 3 days for a event lunch.

    The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.

    The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.

    Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

    This would be ideal on the booking grid. We are seeing our end users getting confused as to which room they should book to meet their needs. A simple icon next to the room name would suffice.

    Would be good if the admins have the ability to extend all bookings (if space available) regardless of the booking progression status.

    Would be good to be able to have this in managed groups.
    Only the Reception admins to start or end meetings.

    This is a good idea make it a free type dialog pop-up box similar to the reject. Some users cancel a booking for their boss and then their co-working knows nothing about the cancellation and asks why booking was cancelled. Admin would then be able to check history and advise why booking was cancelled.

    At the moment when a Vendor team member leaves we are only able to make a "Soft" delete of the account.
    It would be good if we could make a "Hard" delete of the vendor account.

    Alternatively if we can only make "Sift" deletions then the ability to hide the account would be ideal.

    At the moment when a vendor admin leaves the firm and we delete their vendor access this only makes the account inactive.

    It would be ideal if the delete action either completely removed the account or if not possible to hide the ex-user.

    If this idea goes on to production please can Condeco ensure user won't be permitted to arrive or depart visitor via the today page.
