Map of desks
Map or floorplan of the desks and their numbers would be helpful. Also handy if teams want to sit close to each other.

Statistics - how much booked? How full office will be?
Show the load in %., i.e. how much places are booked for concrete day/days. Ideally in graph.

Desk bookings should come with a map - always
Anywhere (and I mean anywhere) you tell someone they've booked a desk, you should include a map (or a link to a map) showing where that is.
In addition, you should label desks so people don't need to roam the floor wondering where desk 28 is (when they've just arrived in the office & so don't yet have their laptop powered up).
Texting them the booking & having a map an the entrance to every floor would also help3 votes -
Customized Landing Page
Please enable the user to customize the landing page. I would find it very helpful to see previous and upcoming bookings and a quick entry mode window.

Allow 1/2 day bookings
Ability to book 1/2 days would be useful. If the 1/2 day was for the morning, the space could be marked "Pending cleaning" so it couldn't be booked in the afternoon.

Improve input time for Visitors
When booking in several visitors at the same meeting the date and time keep resorting back to current day and time. there must be a way of locking the date and time for that meeting. In the search between window if you put a forward date in you have to also alter the end date as it does not automatically track the first date.

outlook
The guidance show a map of the bookable desks but using condeco today it does not have these and only gives a list of desks to choose from. I will have to find the desk when I get there and this will waste time. Can we have the location maps uploaded to condeco please. Thanks Savina

Workspace configuration discrepancy
there should be an option to highlight the discrepancies between the configuration of the seat shown in Condeco and actual seat configuration.

Suggestion
Dear Manager,
Hello, we appreciate your work for managing meeting room booking and management. However, some colleagues book the more than one meeting room in advance of several months, and they might not really need the meeting room, and cost a waste. So we suggest to shorten the ahead time for booking meeting room, for example, one week or two weeks. It will make the users feel more convenient, Thank you.

Favourites + Multiple day view
Be able to create a team/favourites list so you can quickly check who is in office on what day.
Also, would be nice to be able to get data in a table format so you can view who is in across multiple days

name selection UI
in book for others, should load matching names while typing directly on the booking screen instead of making a popup to search+add which is a 20-years-ago UI.
the search+add pop up only make sense when you can add multiple names however it is not the case, it now sounds clumsy.

Request "in progress" indicator
Would this be a possibility:
Where in the list of requests where it says view, review, grid, reject, could an extra box/option be added which could indicate another team member is working on that request. I could be titled "in progress"

The ability to block book a desk if you know you will be working for 2 or 3 days in office at the same desk. Cant find an option to block book?

First point of contact
I believe that you are a great idea to have one person dedicated to 61 Southwark Street who would be the first point of contact related to day-to-day issues, helping with reports, helping with guidance on getting to know better the Condeco system, etc., rather than raising helpdesk tickets and dealing with a different person each time. Saying that some issues are taking longer to solve makes us chase the Condeco team and sadly every time a different person gets back to us.

Positioning desk icons
The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser

confirmation email subject
Will it be all possible to include <desk number> and <date> in the booking confirmation email from Condeco?
Given we book desks over multiple days, it is difficult to find the email and desk # for a specific date… I find myself going through all the booking emails to find the actual desk for a date. I am sure many others have the same problem.
An example would be, instead of the subject of ”Booking confirmation" , just change the subject to “Booking confirmation Desk <desk number> on <date>”

NFC-F cards support
Could you consider to support "Felica" card (NFC-F)? Most of electronic payment card and office card in Japan are using this standard.
