  5. Username autofill

    Hi,
    I just got my Condeco access.
    One question in respect to browser bookmark:
    Is there a possibility to have the user name filled directly in to login mask?
    As I am the only one using my PC that would avoid unnecessary typing.

  8. view floorplan for all floors

    even though desk booking is limited to our immediate team areas, it would be great to be able to view a floorplan for every floor, to look for office facilities and their proximity to meetings rooms etc

  9. Calendar View and Teams Integration

    1. A calendar view option of the days you have booked a desk would be very useful for visualising when you are meant to be in the office rather than a list of dates.

    2. Integration with outlook/teams so that you can more easily show what days you are due in office would be useful. Currently we are having to add them manually. Even if this could be done like Eventbrite with invite links to placeholder sessions.

  12. View floor plan to find colleagues

    Allow users to view a floor plan for today without having to go through "book a personal space". I've booked a seat for today but would find it helpful to see if colleagues are in. Also, the find a colleague function could be better - e.g. rather than having to search for an individual, being able to view a floor plan of everyone.

  16. The cancellation link shared in the booking confirmation email sent when a user books a room via OWA (RF) should be make clickable

    1. A User books a Meeting Room via Room Finder from OWA
    2. The User receives a Booking confirmation email from Condeco
    3. At the bottom of the booking confirmation email, there is a cancellation link
    4. This Cancellation link is deep-linked and the user simply has to click on the link which opens up Condeco Web Application and click on Cancel button which cancels the booking
    5. However when a User books a room via OWA (RF), the booking confirmation email that the user receives has the cancellation link, but its not clickable/deep-linked
    6. The user has to manually copy the entire URL, paste it…

  19. Book for several weeks and days

    Hi! It would be great if one could book the same workspace for a specific period of time and a desired day. For instance, I want to book the same work space for every Tuesday and Thursday from October to December.
