As a user, I would like a report/dashboard to forecast the availability of collaboration spaces within the company for a period of time (day, week, month or quarter)
There may be occasions where our meeting rooms are at capacity and doesn’t align with an intended in-office meeting. If that’s the case, a person/team would need to re-schedule and/or seek an alternative collaboration space.1 vote -
No Show status- available to change always
Admins should be able to change the status of a meeting to No Show at anytime. There should be no setup time requirement or time frame restriction to using this feature.

Checklist in case of building evacuation
In case of fire, and need to evacuate the building, a list of persons who were in the building -at least, who booked a desk- would be useful for the evacuation responsibles, which would be accessible through the website and the app (limited to some profiles). Is there such a feature on Condeco ?

Late cancellations
Hi, I think it would be extremely useful to receive a room booking reminder around 8am on day of booking asking yes/no to whether still needed. Plus the ability to cancel a room booking online on the day, which I believe is currently not possible. This would free up rooms for others to use.

Separate Columns for Services in Reporting
Need the ability in the reporting to be able to have each Service as its own column. This will better assist with clearly laying out the different types of Services

Create an option for check-in to be done only at the place of work, and not from anywhere.
At the moment check in can be done from anywhere, there are employees checking in from home, and not coming to the office and this is creating a false presence report list.

allow for filtering on the agreed team focus/hotspot area's thiswil greatly increase the userfirendlyness of this system, as you now have to dig trough all the available desks on a particular floor. Also it helps to enforce the agreed new ways of working, where people respect the team collaboration areas

Notifications to the vendor
Please add the possibility to send notifications to vendors only if the service options for the meeting were changed. Currently, it is only possible either to send a notification to every attendee and to the vendor or not to send it at all.

Personal booking history export
Allow users to export their own history of successful (checked in, not auto bumped) bookings to assist with TAX returns and calculation of time spent in office vs time working from home.

When an alternative room is selected, search all groups for available rooms
When an alternative room is required due to a clash when booking recurring meetings, it would be nice if smart calendar was able to pick from rooms across all groups we have specified.
Currently, only rooms from within the same group are booked if an alternative is required.

Search Pending Bookings
It would be really nice to be able to search for meetings in the Find Bookings section that are currently pending approval by a Group Admin. Currently bookings that have not been approved by a Group Admin do not appear, even if searching by the Booking ID. There is an option to search for cancelled/deleted bookings, but nothing for pending bookings.

Cancel Booking After Start Time
It would be really nice for end-users to be able to cancel a meeting room booking after the start time instead of having to contact a Group Admin to remove the booking. Currently end-users are only able to cancel a booking up until the start time.

Cost Code Validation
It would be ideal if the on the booking form General Page the user could validate a cost code after entering.
Currently the application only validates when the users hits book/request and close, so if they have entered a lot of chargeable items and find the code is rejected they are not very happy.2 votes -
Condeco is the meeting invite owner
Condeco is the meeting owner and we cannot edit the meeting invite or add a virtual meeting link to the meeting itself

send direction email checked by default
When the box “Send Direction Email” is not checked off by a host, the visitor does not get a visit confirmation email at all which means they do not complete the Visitor Registration Form. Can we please keep the box checked by default?
