Dont auto-clear search categories
When using book a meeting space function, if there are no search results, or if there are several, dont clear the search page automatically - eg i wanted to book 6 rooms at the same location and had to put all the same criteria in 6 times, plus if no rooms come up, i might just want to change the time or the date but not both, but still have to retype all my criteria.

Delegates for personal spaces
There is a function to have delegates for meeting spaces, but not personal spaces. We recently had an incident where a secretary made a personal space booking on behalf of an attorney, then went on vacation. Her back-up was not able to cancel the request.

Location admins (and above) should ability to delete meetings
Currently, only requesters and hosts can delete a meeting. Someone with location admin rights (or higher) should have the ability to delete meetings within their purview.

Do not present dashes ( - ) as an option in the location country date format
This is with respect to our recently closed tickets of 00047325 and 00047424. We used dashes ( - ) in our short date format for our countries. As a result, when performing multi-office video conferences through the 'Workspaces and Connections' module, rooms in additional locations that were already booked were showing up as available to be booked. That alone caused confusion, but also caused additional downstream issues. We were advised by Condeco to uses forward slashes ( / ) instead. If the hyphens cause errors, then Condeco should not even offer them as an option in the country date formats.

Add description "Max. room capacity"/ "Max. Pers." in the advanced grid overview
Add description "Max. room capacity"/ "Max. Pers." in the advanced grid overview next to room name, floor XY and "max. room capacity" XY.
In the advanced grid overview, the user is shown next to the room name, for example, floor 0 in the left column. The maximum number of participants per room also appears, but without specifying the description of the digit. So the user does not know what the information is about. The description "max. capacity" must therefore be included urgently.1 vote -
Prevent the option of booking recurring meetings for certain resource groups
For certain resource groups recurring appointments are not permitted/foreseen.
Therefore, it should be possible to set whether series bookings are permitted or not (regardless of the already existing field "only single day booking" - since bookings over several days at a time are permitted). Otherwise, serial appointments would have to be canceled by the admins after the creation of the user. Moreover it gives the user the impression that recurring bookings are an option, which they are not.1 vote -
Change in booking process/UI
For find a colleague, give monthwise status with seat numbers in one table format.
For personal space booking, give the option of copying same seat number over a month , if any conflict it will show separately and we will change the seat for that day.

Improvement
Hi,
I really do not care much for the booking interface. It is very clunky and unintuitive. There is also no way to cancel your booking on the system or view in calendar mode, no integration with Outlook either. Maybe take a leaf out of https://www.matrixbooking.com/ who have a much smarter system. Thanks

Add Meeting Title to Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ] view
Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

Allow more Advance Booking
Please allow users to book seats in advance for couple of weeks or months, as we want to use the same seats to have it common for every day, which avoids last minute struggle in finding new places every day that impact the work very much by adding more pressure to find a place.

The revised feature request should be as follows: To move # day of the week reoccurring functionality from advanced, into monthly reoccurring, and to add 2nd or 3rd (of the week) as options for the scheduling. Ability to suppress '$ will be charged to (user)' text.
We want the option to suppress '$ will be charged to (user)' within the 'Summary' tab.
We demand that a cost center (charge code) be entered. To do that in Condeco, we must enter costs associated with each meeting room.
However, it does not translate into any cost, nor is it invoiced to a host / requester. Thus, having that text does not apply to us, and is causing confusion to our users.
If there is another way to make the Cost Center field mandatory without having to input meaningless cost values, that would be great as well.

Company and Cost Codes and additional Company and Cost Codes in Booking form
Specification of cost center and group company code from AD and field in booking form as mandatory fields. In addition, we need two extra input fields for "Cost center to be charged" and "Group company to be charged", if this differs from the requester and host. The group company should be selectable via a drop down. If the two additional fields "to be debited.." remain empty, the cost center and group company will be debited from the AD. If filled, this must appear in the report for billing.
