    The default order is assuming meeting room bookings. But when it's intended for personal space/desk booking, this is going to be higher need, so should be a higher option on the menu. Every time I'm using the desk booking I'm opening the meeting room booking by mistake because its higher up and has an ambiguous label.

    I set up my profile earlier in the week and was able to book desks, but today my profile is incomplete again. I updated it but it says it takes 24 hours to update and therefore I cannot use the booking system. This is quite unhelpful and frustrating

  11. Blind Managed Linked Room Service

    User Story
    As an event organizer, I would like to request available services that correspond to available linked rooms, even if the services are available only in a single room that has been linked, once linked those services should be available to the linked event and available quantities should be accounted for so that I can take advantage of the services available in the space my event will be using.

    For Example
    There are 2 Room resources that are linked. The one room M1 offers sandwiches, the other room M2 offers coffee

  12. Daily Cleaning Tasks

    Please could global admins be provided with the option for cleaning tasks to be created for desk bookings at the end of every day rather than on the final day of a booking over several days? Most people expect their desk to be cleaned daily.

    I can't seem to cancel a booking for tomorrow - that would be a good idea. The booking is not listed in 'Your bookings' but shows on the booking grid. Is this a bug?

  16. Check In suggestion

    We are having issues with rooms that do not allow attendees to check in at the pad and so the room gets released. is there a way we could also check the room in at the outlook invite or at the advanced grid screen? i'm thinking a right click and hit "manual check in"?

  17. Room booking improvement

    On quick book can this be amended so that you can edit the time the room is required on the first pop up rather than having to go into the booking form. Our room grid is set to 5 minute slots but no colleague really books for just 5 minutes

  19. closing today page very difficult on mobile.

    today page is not mobile friendly. it is blocking everything on screen. it'd be better to optional disabled or make [x] close button easier to close the page.
    try your self you'll know how bad it is.
