Condeco Room Finder Calendar Issue
Condeco Room Finder Calendar does not allow calendar view, thereby User needs to make multiple clicks to move forward. The major limitation is that date is restricted to 7 days in advance and cannot move forward and the work around is to select a date on outlook calendar and refresh the addin to show up the rooms - This disturbs the User Journey. Do have this looked on Priority

Confirmation emails should include the DAY OF THE WEEK.
Email templates of confirmation, cancellation, etc. should include the day of the week. For instance, "TUESDAY, November 24, 2020" (see below)

ich/wir, hätten Ihnen 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge im Bereich "Besucher" zu machen.
1. es wäre sehr praktisch wenn man mit dem Cursor auf eine Zeile geht, diese sich dann farblich abhebt. Insbesondere dann, wenn viel los ist und man einen Gast ein, oder auschecken möchte findet man die Zeile leichter!
2. wäre es sehr schön beim einpflegen eines Handwerkers die Möglichkeit zu haben das später bei der Übersichtsmaske auch der Name der Firma zu ersehen ist, und zwar da wo zur Zeit immer N/A steht!

Half day cancellation broken
- Booking cancellation from the desk device does not work properly.
- Half day booking and cancellation doesn't work.
I came on site and tapped my card on the Condeco desk device to book a desk for a whole day.
Then I realised that the docking station was broken.
I tapped my card on the Condeco desk device to cancel my booking but it only provided an option to cancel for the morning.
I could then not book another desk for the whole day; I could only book a new desk for half a day (because the old broken desk still had…1 vote -
E-mail reminder to check in
Send user a reminder e-mail/text to check in on the day of booking, so that this action is not forgotten.

Pop-up/User prompt
Team, is it possible to have a taskbar icon or similar that would pop-up when a user first logs in to their pc? This would prompt the user to check in to their desk. And ideally it would be an easy, one-click, "I'm here" type of action.

Confusing pop-up message
Please change the message received by the users while two or more of them are trying to book a desk simultaneously. When the desk is booked by the fastest user, the others receive a message that sounds confusing, as it`s said that they already have a reservation for the same date, which is not true.

Time delay on direction email being sent once selected
It would be good if there could be a delay put on the direction email option on the attendees tab, so that instead of being instant when the option is selected (e.g. could be made 4 months in advance so possibly too early for info to be of use) it is sent 72 hour prior to the meeting date. This would make it less likely to get lost in a visitors inbox if received too far in advance of the meeting.
