Photos for Desks for easy recognition
Is there any way you could develop the capability to add a photo for a desk in Personal Spaces, as you have done in Meeting Spaces for a meeting room?

Search result order
when searching for a personal space on a specific day the search results should be in order of what area you are assigned to and not show the entire floor of other groups. Your group should appear first

view of desks booked
Could you add functionality to check who has desk booked so we can check if they are using them? I hear regular cases of desks being booked and not used, currently I cannot book a desk for the 27th and have meetings near the office

notification and check in
when I open the app on the desktop at the desk I have booked and it says 'checked in' don't bump me off the desk later saying I haven't checked in.

Personal Spaces Reminder Emails
Please could you add a reminder for Personal Spaces as you have done with Meeting Spaces? Many people in my organisation have requested this. Ideally the timing and wording of this would be configurable by the Admins.

confirmation email subject
Will it be all possible to include <desk number> and <date> in the booking confirmation email from Condeco?
Given we book desks over multiple days, it is difficult to find the email and desk # for a specific date… I find myself going through all the booking emails to find the actual desk for a date. I am sure many others have the same problem.
An example would be, instead of the subject of ”Booking confirmation" , just change the subject to “Booking confirmation Desk <desk number> on <date>”

Functionality to view your weekly/monthly in office attendance
As we're being encouraged to come in to the office at least once a week, it would be good to have the functionality to see a weekly/Monthly view on how many days you have been in to the office. It would also be good if you could view it as a percentage for the week/month so that you can keep track if you need to increase your office hours.

Could you consider to support "Felica" card (NFC-F)? Most of electronic payment card and office card in Japan are using this standard.

Activate filter above Search results on screen Home -> Quick search -> tab Search Results. At least for Workspace number. Thx

Cannot place a booking

On testing I can't seem to get off the user details page despite clicking on different options on the left hand menu bar. How do you book something using the system?

Focus in Username field on starting page
focus/cursor in the username field, when opening the start page - makes usage of KeePass easier ;)

Room name on Upcoming Bookings
Can you add the room name to the 'Upcoming bookings' tab on the home page?

Please make it possible to view all users in the system on 1 page, just like resources/desks list

Fix a glitch
Correct an issue I have where I am only able to book via the grid, while the other standard routes – 'Book a personal space' and the search function – respond with no availability or else a cryptic message about my 1 week limit(?)! This when there are lots of empty spaces (the grid shows) and I have no existing bookings. So, simply baffling.
