  1. Ability to decline from seeing alternative rooms when making a recurring booking

    When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

  2. A reminder that a recurring meeting is about to end so I can rebook

    As a user, it is easy to forget that the recurring meeting is about to finish. I would like a reminder of this so I can extend the series

  4. When a user on booking grid clicks on the email address of Host or requester it should open Outlook with email address in To list

    Add 'mailto:' links to the dropdown menu on the booking form so you can easily email the host or requester associated with the booking by clicking it
