  1. Visibility of booked place during checkin process

    If you want to check in to your place, you can not read which place you reserved in the login page. In my opinion the place you booked should be visible immediately, with the number. In addition it might be beneficial to have the floorplan with your reserved place visible.

    Why the language always reset to Japanese?
    Why my default floor always reset to 26F?
    I set multiple times my default language to English and floor to 21F... It's really annoying

    Still having problems checking in. I can self certify but cannot checkin from the TODAY page. Eventually it will appear later in the morning. Your systems seem very slow!

    Change check-in period or make it longer. My booking was cancelled today at 09:04 because I didn't checked in. I come to the office at 09:10.Sometimes I can come at 09:30. Maybe it make sense to specify at what time i will come or have longer period for checkin?

    on "upcoming bookings" it would be good if it told you the room number (a new column next to status). Have to go into it to see the room.

  13. Desk bookings should come with a map - always

    Anywhere (and I mean anywhere) you tell someone they've booked a desk, you should include a map (or a link to a map) showing where that is.
    In addition, you should label desks so people don't need to roam the floor wondering where desk 28 is (when they've just arrived in the office & so don't yet have their laptop powered up).
    Texting them the booking & having a map an the entrance to every floor would also help

  14. Booking seats on web portal

    when booking on the web portal, its very difficult to see where the seat is on the floor plan, a list of free seats is good only if you know the seat number (could we label the pods by the team?). If you select the button to find on the floorplan, its really not easy to see the pointer for the seat you are trying to book, and the scroll bars make it difficult to navigate (unlike the phone app)

  15. Finding seats on phone app

    on the floor plan on the mobile app, when you hover over a seat that is already booked you cannot see the seat name, it would be useful to see the number even if its not free

  18. Period Bookings

    Bookings for more than 2 consecutive days should be made easier with a calendar item that allows to go for 'from' and 'until'. Would simplify booking procedures a lot!

  19. Batch Resource Updating

    Make it easier to make changes to multiple resources as a batch update rather than individually. I.e. enabling QR or setting an attribute.

    If not possible, then at least have the system take you back to the page you were on rather than page 1 - frustrating and flaring up my carpel with all unnecessary clicking!!
