Default workspace booking duration
Can I suggest that the calendar appointment that's sent when you book is from 08:00 to 17:00 ? Right now, it 's just a 30 min appointment so won't be immediately obvious that I'm doing something different for the day...

fix the DOB entry
entering a visitors dab is really difficult. it wont let me type in manually. if you had a drop down for year and month then it would make it a lot simpler.

Could you put a calendar on the Booking Grid please? We are sometimes looking for rooms weeks in advance and it takes a long time to get to the right date

Desk numbers in numerical order automatically
After spending 4 hours putting the desks in number order one by one - for Condeco to then reset this- so I have to do this all over again, one by one.. Can I suggest that you enable desks to be put in number order automatically to then show this on the booking grid as I am really unimpressed by this slow tedious process!

Enable the seating view for all Buildings and Floors
I am not able to see Fllor Spaces where I am not assigned to. Thus, I am not able to find the concrete seating of a colleague.
I would appreciate if the Floor Plan showing the seating numbers in all Buildings and Floors could be made available even though your are not assigned to them.Thanks :-)

View past bookings for a particular desk
Please allow us to view who had booked a particular desk in the past. This way, if someone leaves an item, the next person can check who had booked it and reach to the person directly. This feature seems to be available in meeting space but not personal space.

Today page sent via email every morning
Our senior PA's have requested a feature. This may already be possible so I will also create a ticket for this.
What they would like if for all users to receive a daily email showing them which rooms they have booked. Essentially the same as the today page but via email. The hope is that this will encourage users to release rooms that they have booked as a series and are not using.

Add external users to visitors
If I invite an external user to a meeting in outlook I would like them to be added to the visitors lists so a pass can be printed out for them easily.

Allow timeslots in the 30 and 60 range on android screens
On android room screens only 15minute slots are available, however there's options to go up to 30 and 60 but not for android, this should be allowed.

Navigate to previous/next days on Floorplan
In the section "persönlichen Bereich buchen" - when you can see the floor plan, it would be nice if one can scroll/navigate to the next or the previous days right there, so I dont always have to navigate back and forth.

When you have L or M managers delegations you can book an office and parking.
