  3. Change the warning icon when booking has succeeded

    It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.

  4. Not consider the accent when looking for a user

    In France, Spain, Italy, having the possibility to find a name of a person in Condeco which is not considering accent.
    For exemple:
    Raul and Raùl or Rocîo and Rocio, the result should be the same.

  5. Unify booking behavior between booking grid and booking form

    At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  7. Ability to swap desk bookings on booking grid

    Similar to Meeting Space, it would be good to be able to right click and move a desk booking to an alternative desk in booking grid.

    This would allow us to move peoples bookings when a desk needs to be closed due to a leak above it or if we need to fix a desk to a user for DSE requirements.

  8. Make holidays visible to users who are booking a room

    Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

    Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

  11. Meeting attendee check-in confirmation of attendance

    When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  14. 1 waiting list for the first appropriate room

    I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  18. Conflict Transparency

    When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt.   19. Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms

    When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

  20. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time

    Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.
