Desks and pods numbers
Hi
It would be useful to have, for each floors, a plan with the desks and pods' numbers on it to send to our fee earners when we book desks and pods on their behalf so that they know exactly where to go. I am currently taking screenshots of the floor plan and adding text using the pen of a snipping tool which is time consuming and doesn't look great/professional.Many thanks

Room name on Upcoming Bookings
Can you add the room name to the 'Upcoming bookings' tab on the home page?
It seems crazy that you have 'Workspace type' and not the actual room location.3 votes -

Booking beyond the current month
Currently it appears you can only book a desk in the current month. This can cause problems if you're trying to book a desk for the early part of next month e.g. 1st or 2nd and it's already the latter part of the current month e.g. 28th.
It would be better if the date range was a rolling 30 days, or the particular month could be selected.

Default view - personal over meeting space
Personal space should be above meeting spaces in the main page so it defaults to the view. I would also like to see being able to set which default shows first The booking grid is the clearest for me to see.

Improving room booking
The room booking tool is really annoying. It would be better if you could see when rooms are booked, so at a glance you could see the free slots.
The way it currently works, you have to keep putting in slots and getting a 'no' back. It's like a guessing game. As an example, I needed to book a room from 10-4. I got a 'no' for all rooms, but if I could have seen the booking, then I could have seen that if I'd changed til 9,30-3 it would have been okay for one room. Instead I had to…3 votes -

Find your team
Find a group of colleagues
I think that in the 'find a colleague section' it would be ideal to be able to create groups/teams.
For example: your direct team or a project team. So that you can easily see how many people in each of your relevant teams are in the office on any day.3 votes -

Who's on site view
Useful to have the ability to see list of everyone who has booked a desk on a given day / building / wing - to decide when best to go on site and maximise connections.

Visibility of booked place during checkin process
If you want to check in to your place, you can not read which place you reserved in the login page. In my opinion the place you booked should be visible immediately, with the number. In addition it might be beneficial to have the floorplan with your reserved place visible.

Two screens at all/most desks
Why don't you have double screens on all desks? That would make bookings more flexible.

Desk bookings should come with a map - always
Anywhere (and I mean anywhere) you tell someone they've booked a desk, you should include a map (or a link to a map) showing where that is.
In addition, you should label desks so people don't need to roam the floor wondering where desk 28 is (when they've just arrived in the office & so don't yet have their laptop powered up).
Texting them the booking & having a map an the entrance to every floor would also help3 votes
