Allow delivery requests over multiple days, atm you can only book items for one day.
If you want to book an article for more than one day (without booking a room), you have to do a separate booking every day (so f.e. 10 days = 10 separate bookings)

Admin to give the rights for specified users to book further out
It would be useful for admin users to be able to grant special rights to specific users so that they are able to book further out than standard users- this would allows certain members of staff like PA's etc. to book desks before everyone else without opening up the booking grid for everyone.

To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

Give admin ability to see the title of a private meeting
As of now, admins can't see the title of a private meeting. Our receptions are admins (Any admin from Country admin up to Global admins) should be able to see the meeting title.

In the User bulk upload functionality, it will be good if we have delete option for successful or failed uploads.
The bulk user upload file remain in the portal permanently on either success or failed jobs.
It looks weird on the portal. at least better for the failure jobs must have delete or rerun options for the admin users.Refer my case #CNSD-3101 for the issue that i am facing because of this failure.

Make it easier for admin to prioritise updated room requests that need approval
Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.
As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.
This view and filtering is of particular importance for managed and blind managed room requests. For companies with many requests in the queue with a busy estate of managed rooms this…

Ability to add / delete rooms with a future activation date
Oftentimes, we know when rooms will be coming on and off-line well before the date they need to - It would be helpful if this information could be input for activation on a future date. Example - 10 new rooms coming on-line (or a new site) November 1. It would be great to populate all the information on August 13, and set it go live on November 1.

Make it easier for admin to bulk upload names/changes by CSV file.
Currently we use a third party application to manage our cost codes and we would like a simple CSV upload tool to be able to update user records
As a business we invoice catering made on bookings that require catering services and we would like the ability to tie back a cost code to each user which we can maintain via a CSV file.
Phone numbers are used to be able to contact the requestor of the booking if needed (asking for switching rooms,…)

Sort resources alphabetically in resource editing
In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

Allow users to provide feedback about a workspace
Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc
This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
Location Administrator, Group Administrator).First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

Add an overview for special deliveries with the available amount left of items
Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).
We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

Auto sort rooms when adding rooms to groups
Would it be possible to have an auto sort it is extremely time consuming when adding rooms to groups and you have 120 meeting rooms and you are trying to add a room on the second floor it take ages to drag it to the relevant order, where as an auto sort will just sort the rooms in order.

Ability to add attachments to bookings to keep a log of change requests
We get a lot of email requests from users about changes to managed meetings. We would like the ability to add attachments to keep a trail of change requests
It would be great if we could build in an attachments field into Condeco, we currently have this in our current system and makes life so much easier.

Advanced Booking Grid: The option to choose if ‘amendment’ emails automatically get sent to the host of the meeting
When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).
My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room

HR Feed Sync with Active Directory level 2 (or below) OU
