Global setting for "users can book next week from"
In Condeco Group Administration section, specifically for desks, the default application setup says that the users can book from next week on Wednesday. This is configurable per location/group by an administrator. However, that requires administrator intervention for each new location / group, which is time consuming for a large organisation.
The request is to allow a different default to be set for an organisation (global setting rather than or in addition to group setting). In my case we would want the the default to be set for the users to book for next week from Friday instead of from Wednesday…1 vote -

Allow multiple tabs or windows open consecutively
Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

Allow a default country in the admin portal
Currently, when you have multiple countries in your tenant, you need to select the country and location before being able to see the settings in the admin centre. Please allow a default location so it auto-populates the location. This would save significant time in finding where a specific setting is located.

Account Activation Link Expiration
It is not clear when creating a new forms based login how long the activation link is active for. Please add wording to the activation email indicating when the link will expire.

User status visible in user management
In user management, allow colleagues to see users status and desk location - need to be able to lock this so individual users can't amend. - we want everyone to be visible to all but we can't bulk amend this for all users.

With Find A room option under the Web auto population or rooms
As a end user when users are looking for "FIND A ROOM" and then navigating to room option with typing room name field. Room name should auto populate which are already configured in the system so it can be selected rather then typing it manually.

Enable 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco Connect Portal for Room Panels
The Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco’s Connect portals do not have 2FA. Organizations are looking for 2FA as a secure way of authenticating their users using these portals.

Manage vendors - Admin level
The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

Allow administrator to create SSO users
Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:
- Form User
- SSO UserWhy would we need this?
While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.
When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

Make Profile fields configurable: write/read-only
In our company we book meeting rooms in Outlook which are then synchronised to Condeco. We find that when the user First Name synchronised from Outlook, mismatches with the user First Name registered in Condeco, the relevant meeting rooms and respective attendees are not included in the Contact Report.
For example:
We have two users in question:User 1: Anothony Apricot (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)
User 2: Bernard Balloon (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)In Condeco the users have the option to change a.o. their First Name, Last Name and Email Address in their Profile settings.

Request addition of Scrollbars for un-positioned items in Floor plan administration
Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.
Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.
When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

Floor Plan Administration for Desks: Move multiple desks at once
While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

Apply change to all groups at a location
When administering Groups it would be ideal to provide an option to apply a change to all groups in a location vs. having to edit every group for a single small change that applies to all groups at a location.

Assign bought licenses to locations for internal rebilling purposes
We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges
