Allow admins to enable half day bookings for personal spaces at the Location or Group level. Currently it is only possible to allow half day bookings in the Global Setup which applies to all Locations and Groups.

Currently when the advance booking period for a group is specified in days the system allows weekends to be booked and counts the weekend days in the advance period. There is no way to restrict this. Weekend days are not bookable or counted when the advance period for the group is specified in weeks.

Allow selection of recurring days when assigning flexible desk bookings in resources
When assigning a desk (resource) on a flexible basis at present the system asks for a start and end date or assigns the desk until further notice for a user. It would be useful to have the functionality to assign a desk (resource) like you would a recurring calendar invite and book the desk for a user on say every Wednesday or once a month etc. Instead you have to assign the desk to a user and then release it on the days you don't want the bookings.

When uploading floor plans on condeco admin, application setup. The floor number appears but not the alternative name. Doing this, makes uploading maps with alt names easier to find, other than gathering the info from locations and then having to reference it.

Alias Function on Enterprise Site
Allow admin accounts to alias as different users to test what the site looks like for different users with different permissioning.
This will also be helpful for trainings and demos to illustrate what the site will look like for the end user based on their permissioning.1 vote -
Cancellation Reason for Desk/Room Bookings to be included in the cancellation email sent to users
When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

Highlight Amendments on E-mails
It would be good if any amendments made to bookings were clearly highlighted on the Auto Amendment E-mail sent to the requestor/host etc.

Automated Data Deletion after configurable timespan (to adhere to data retention policies)
Condeco should have the capability to automatically delete booking data after "N" months. With GDPR and CRPA (coming in 2023) organizations need a way to ensure periodic purges of old user data. Today, that requires that an admin set a calendar tickler to remind them to open a ticket to request Condeco to do such a purge. The system should be empowered to automatically remove the users' data data after "N" months +1 day. If this would be too cumbersome, an alternative would be a monthly bulk deletion (schedulable in a window configured by your customer) of that data when…

Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ should supersede group settings
Currently the visibility of bookings on the booking grid is controlled by the ‘view other users bookings’ option on the group level.
When users opt-out of ‘Allow colleagues to see my status and personal space location’ on their profiles, we expect the user’s privacy choice will supersede group settings and hide the users' bookings on the booking grid regardless of the fact that ‘view other users bookings’ is enabled on a group level.

Self-Certification required for any on site activity
We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

Force sync feature (to force a sync between Condeco and Exchange)
We want to be able to click a button to force the sync between Exchange and Condeco as and when we need to. We are facing a lot of issues with auto-cancelling of bookings. If we have a button to force the sync, that functionality should be able to refresh the connection and remove any conflicts that are occurring with Condeco and Exchange too.

Limited Admin Access to User Management Only
Meeting Rooms booking - system. Currently, there is no way to limit the Admin access to User Management only. If we would want the Front Desk/1st line, to do the user management(add/remove/Email PIN) we would have to allow for global access. The Global, Regional, Local admin groups are pretty much irrelevant in that sense. The implementation of a Users Admin Group Level would be very useful in limiting access to the rest of the setup, ideally, this access level will only be able to add basic user accounts.

‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields should be expanded while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mail boxes via web app,
- An Admin while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mailboxes via web app, navigates to -> Application Setup -> Exchange Room Mapping;
- In the Room Mapping pop-up window, the ‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields cannot be expanded to show the values.
- It thus becomes very difficult to guess what’s further behind the name. Especially painful when there are multiple locations starting with the same name
Suggestion : It would be good if these fields are expanded, so that mapping would be done easily when we have multiple regions, locations and groups starting with the same name, without any confusion.

Allow O365 Active Directory security groups to be synced with Administrative roles like Global Admin, Country Admin, Location Admin, etc instead of having to manually tag individual users.
