    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  2. "Bulk edit" for changing options in Resources

    We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  3. Add "Report an Issue" feature

    Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

    We want to prevent administrators from being able to book for today, or check-in on behalf of users, in locations where self-certification is enabled so that the process cannot be circumvented.

  5. Ability to link ressource to more than one group

    E.g. our Restaurant is available for booking for both our inhouse and external events.

    But not all rooms that are available for internal events are available for external events.

    Therefore I have to create the group "Restaurant" side by side of the existing "Inhouse Events" & "External Events" groups.

    If I could add the room to both groups, we would have less groups and the administration would be a lot easier.

  6. Remove Provisional on Outlook Location

    Leaving Provisional on the location when a room is not allocated yet should be removed or changed to "ROOM TBC" or something similar. Provisional may create confusion to some attendees and leave them wondering if the meeting itself is confirmed or provisional

  7. get rid of drop down menue for number of attendees - it causes so much trouble and interferes with the functionality

    The drop down menu for Number of attendees when booking through the Outlook add in is not user friendly, we want a free type field. I want to be able to book a room with 20 attendees in my attendee field but only 10 of them need a room and at the moment i can't reduce number of attendees without my attendees disappearing - A free type field instead of drop down for number of attendees would fix the issue(and is available for admins)

  8. Floor plan with desk numbers

    Ability to print a floor plan with the assigned desk numbers.

    Currently you can only see the respective desk numbers if you hover over the desk on the desktop. If your contractors are configuring 1000 units to reflect the correct desk numbers they won't have access to the desk booking system, so it will be easier if you can print the floor plan with the associated desk numbers.

    Since all group settings have to be manually updated,can we define the group defaults when uploading through the DCS *Omnicom understands this is available through the application but they want to set different defaults when uploading through the dcs.

    New Notify users ability cancels a specific user desk bookings without sending any emails to the user. Can this be added as an auto email functionality.

    We currently have the functionality to break days down into morning and afternoon slots but require the ability to break the day down into at least 3 slots as we work until 10pm

  12. Provide option to turn off "Do Not Move" on Room Booking Grid

    "Do Not Move" option is handy, especially when the Administrator needs to execute the option to prevent other administrators from moving a fixed appointment on the Condeco Room Booking Grid. However, it would serve a great purpose to have an opportunity to turn this feature on/off on Global Settings. This is especially useful when giving options to prevent bookings from being "locked."

  13. Condeco To Hold Dietary Requirments For Internal Users

    This would be useful to store personal details about a user i.e. a user is diabetic and when creating the meeting an admin can see their requirements. You can create a visitor and attach notes to that profile which can get imported into the booking.

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  16. Group admins should only be able to view group admins

    In user management, a group admin can view all admins up to Global level. Group admins should only be able to view other group admins to prevent bypassing agreed processes for contacting the relevant support teams. Global admins should be able to view all admins, all other admin levels should only be able to view their own admin level down to group admin.

  17. Today page - ability to change how far in advance you can view on calendar

    It would be good to be able to set our own parameters in terms of how far in advance the calendar allows you to go. Although you can't book a desk past our own advanced booking parameters, it seems unnecessary to be able to view months in advance and would provide a better user journey if it was able to be restricted to suit.

  18. Global Admin to approve system changes

    As a global firm with many offices we have established a global standard of how the application is to be configured.
    To avoid the Country and Location admins deviating from the global standard it would be good if anything they change went to a pending state and the global admin can either accept the change or override/reject.

  19. Enable copy and paste functionality on user management when creating accounts

    Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  20. Delete the list of Authorization code in wayfinder

    Delete the list of Authorization code in wayfinder. There are a big list with a lot of codes and we have to go to the end in order to look for the correct code.
    If it would be better if there were not a code.
