Force sync feature (to force a sync between Condeco and Exchange)
We want to be able to click a button to force the sync between Exchange and Condeco as and when we need to. We are facing a lot of issues with auto-cancelling of bookings. If we have a button to force the sync, that functionality should be able to refresh the connection and remove any conflicts that are occurring with Condeco and Exchange too.

Limited Admin Access to User Management Only
Meeting Rooms booking - system. Currently, there is no way to limit the Admin access to User Management only. If we would want the Front Desk/1st line, to do the user management(add/remove/Email PIN) we would have to allow for global access. The Global, Regional, Local admin groups are pretty much irrelevant in that sense. The implementation of a Users Admin Group Level would be very useful in limiting access to the rest of the setup, ideally, this access level will only be able to add basic user accounts.

‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields should be expanded while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mail boxes via web app,
- An Admin while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mailboxes via web app, navigates to -> Application Setup -> Exchange Room Mapping;
- In the Room Mapping pop-up window, the ‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields cannot be expanded to show the values.
- It thus becomes very difficult to guess what’s further behind the name. Especially painful when there are multiple locations starting with the same name
Suggestion : It would be good if these fields are expanded, so that mapping would be done easily when we have multiple regions, locations and groups starting with the same name, without any confusion.

Allow O365 Active Directory security groups to be synced with Administrative roles
Allow O365 Active Directory security groups to be synced with Administrative roles like Global Admin, Country Admin, Location Admin, etc instead of having to manually tag individual users.

Improve menu navigation for admins
Please improve navigation through admin tasks.
tl;dr: get rid of annoying drop down menus.Quick fix would be a return button or "go back to list" button on most pages. Instead of having to go two steps back and select everything again form the drop downs.
Example editing floor plans for areas. For changing to different area I have to select completely different floor, than go back to the floor I was editing and then go to "Add/Edit" mode of the next area. In this case best would be to be able to change to other areas (on the same…

Increase number of rows on Admin pages
There are often little rows and many pages for navigation in admin portal. For example desk attributes in Meta Admin and Resource administration.
Please increase number of rows or best to make it infinite. Better to scroll than to have to select pages.
Meta administration starts a new page after 10! rows. At this point I have still half of screen white space under that.

Allow customising of heartbeat notification email recipients
Not all admins in the screen manager portal wants to receive the heartbeat notification emails. It should allow customising to only those admins that wanted it, especially for those global instance shared across many countries and many admins.

Pronouns
Be more inclusive. Add pronouns to the drop down list when selecting Mr, Miss, Ms, etc. i.e. he/his/him, etc.

Allow Floor Plan view in Smart Calendar
the Com+ plugin allows for viewing the floor plan for rooms. Smart Calendar does not. Allowing floor plans would be great for rooms in smart calendar

Show the reason why desks are blocked/closed by admins for maintenance tasks
When admins block workspaces (e.g. when desks are equipped with new hardware), it would be nice if you could put a comment like "Desks are getting equipped. You can book these desks again tomorrow". This comment could appear on the floorplan (by default or by hover over those desks) or next to the desk names in booking grid etc.
This would bring more transparency for all users and they would know for which reason and how long desks are closed.

Sort group options when creating resource
When creating a new resource, Group selection list is sorted by what I assume is the database ID so they are listed in order of creation - oldest first. Please sort by the group names so that options can be easier to find.

Allow way finder one time key to be supplied in URL
Allow the way finder to bypass the one time key if a key is supplied in the URL string. e.g. https://company.condecosoftware.com/condecowayfinder/Display.aspx?a=2&pid=1&key=23hkd321346lkdd36d33590gab6
This would allow the Way Finder to work with many digital signage solutions and would provide a more flexible way of configuring the screens.
At the moment we have to go to each TV manually type in a the one time code every time the system breaks. This is a deal breaker for us

Contact Report line spacing
Just a minor thing but when viewing the Contact Report the line spacing is determined by the number of lines on the report, so if there is only one desk booking shown it appears in the middle of the page rather than at the top directly below the column headings which looks odd and not in keeping with other pages/lists.
Can this be changed?

Application set up - Groups by location not just by country
When editing groups it is filtered by country and not by location which means that there may be multiple groups called HR (for instance) without any indication of their location. Would be great to filter by country, location and then groups to eliminate any confusion over which location the groups are related to,

Changelog for users and system changes
I think its crucial to implement an area of the system which gives any changes made by users and admins alike.
This can be monitored to undo any mistakes and fix system issues.
Suggestion is to make the option available for all users, with the option to filter the user access levels in the system.

Group Admins
Location Admins
Global AdminsA system changelog would help with general changes that are constantly rolling out, i know we can find this on the website however it should be included within the cloud.

Bulk "Move to Group" option in Resources
Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

Pop Message feature for Desk Booking
Similar with room booking, admins can setup a 'Room Message' on every room resource. This feature used like a reminder. User will get pop-up message prior booking to a specific desk
