  1. group administration tab for location admins and group admins

    Please make it possible for location admins and group admins to administrate the groups.

    Currently, only country admins have access to this, but we have too many locations inside of one country and we need that location admins to have the option to administrate the group under the location.

  2. Ordering of Resources appearing in the Booking Grid

    Allow for a more efficient way to reorder the resources for the booking grid. Currently they default to the order they were added in. To add something in the middle of a sequence you have to click the up or down arrow potentially hundreds of times. Provide drag and drop functionality or some speedier way to resort, perhaps something similar to how you can sort a table in Excel allowing for compound rules. Sort by Column A then by Column C

    Not everyone uses MS Teams or Zoom so please put some effort into the Webex integration.

  4. Keep search when clicking back in Browser

    Currently when you are searching and you click into a resource, clicking back in your browser completely resets the search criteria. This is very annoying when you are looking at rooms to make changes

  5. Please add more Meeting Room (resource) sort columns

    I need to be able to sort by more fields in order to pinpoint rooms better. Example - Currently I am updating all rooms to have exchange mailboxes. I have absolutely no way of seeing which rooms have mailboxes unless I click into every single one. This is time consuming and prone to error.

  6. Ability to change permissions within a Group for all members as a bulk action

    At present if you want to change user permissions within a Group (i.e permission to see other people's bookings) you have to do this for each user individually. A bulk action would be helpful here please. I have groups with over 100 individuals allocated to them

  7. Include the screen that is down on the Heartbeat emails

    The emails for Heartbeat notification should include what screen is failing so the screen can be checked easier than having to log into the portal to see what screen is down.

    When moving users from one building to another we are requesting to be able to modify multiple groups at once in bulk. To either remove or provide access for multiple users.

  9. select who should receive admin emails (Deletion or creation emails) and provide the ability to turn off these emails.

    In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.

  10. Automatic mobile/ Outlook notification with booked place

    Dear Condeco, we would like to propose an extension for Condeco, for a daily notification, when we book a working place.

    It would be really useful, when we receive morning when we are working in a office a notification about our booked place, together with the place ID, where we will seat.
    It can be in form of a mobile notification, or an automatic reminder from Outlook. This will be a user friendly solution for everybody, which help to quickly check where we have our booked place without opening the application.

  11. Notification for Meeting Room requests to Group Admins

    When a Meeting Room must be requested a notification should be able to be setup to notify the Group Admins for that resource. As it currently stands, there is no way to ONLY notify admins for a specific group. If a user requests a meeting room in Group A, only the Administrators for Group A should be notified. Otherwise, if you have multiple groups, Admin will potentially get flooded with requests that they cannot approve.

  12. All Global admin should be able or have an option to receive notification of user deletion

    Currently, only the first designated Global Admin present in the database is receiving notifications after the nightly user deletion job is run.

    Can all global admin receive or have an option to receive or not.

  13. Calendar extension for Condeco

    Dear Condeco team, we would like to propose a useful feature in Condeco application. It would be nice if there will be also a possibility to create a calendar entry directly from a booking confirmation email. (for example using an ics file). That could be a useful option for vacations, for example. When this calendar entry will be part of the email, you can open it and give it to your calendar. That feature will have a benefit of a better user experience and help people to add in calendar entries, via which they can inform everybody about their absence…

  15. Multiple line items for the same meeting when exporting results

    We would like for the resources and services picked for one meeting to be populated in the same line item. For example:
    book a meeting space, book equipment for that space..ie: projector and laptop. When generating the reports every meeting end up with one line item per each item selected, resulting in multiple entries for the same meeting.

    Overview for admins which orders have already been processed or still need to be processed (currently missing) within passed bookings.
    It is not clear which bookings have already been processed ("Approved for billing") --> extra column or filter option possible?
    It is not clear for admin operations which bookings have to be checked and processed at all (only those in which costs (catering/room rental etc.) have been incurred. --> extra column or filter option possible?

  17. Rental Cost for Rooms

    Room costs per room must be maintainable. There must be the possibility of maintaining the room costs per day as a flat rate (regardless of the duration of the meeting). A cost overview for the customer is essential. Today it can only be maintained in a roundabout way (minimum costs on an hourly basis). The daily costs must then be taken per day, even if a room booking extends over several days. Currently, it is not clearly visible to the customer that the costs for the room booking are a flat rate, which is not justifiable.

  18. Business hours of Catering

    Business hours for catering are needed (only room opening times possible). Otherwise the Caterer has effort to adjust Catering Times. It suggests to the customer that orders can be placed at any time. Extra handling is then necessary and feedback with the customer, which leads to extra effort and displeasure on the part of the customer.

    Is it possible to have Meeting Spaces and Book Personal spaces as an option to book on the Today Page/dashboard in Condeco? Currently the only available option is to Book Personal Space.
