  1. team day - required for all team members to check in to the desks

    this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  2. Contiguous desk allocation for team days

    For team day bookings, if only some members of the team accept a booking, we often end up sitting apart, with people from other teams sitting between us.

    It would be better if desks were allocated in order so that the booked and unbooked desks are grouped together rather than intermingled.

    Perhaps the person setting up the team day could do this by choosing the order that the desks should be allocated.

  4. Email templates: Additional levels for "Applies:"

    Currently, in the "Email templates" menu of a group, there are three levels on what a given template will apply to:

    • "to this group only"
    • "to all groups in [Country]
    • Globally.

    As this categorization is rather rough, it would be helpful to introduce more granular levels like

    • "to all groups in [Location] (if a group is only valid for one location)
    • "to all groups in [Region]

    Especially the last case is particularly helpful when there are multiple Regions in a Country that operate independently from one another (e.g., because they belong to different companies / sub-companies).

  5. Desk booking reminders - Day before

    A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  6. Half Day desk cancellations

    Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

  7. Change color of booked slots in the booking grid

    The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

  9. Block editing of My Bookings - not extending for future bookings

    Currently employees are making bookings by editing existing bookings = extending that Nokia would like to block
    only bookings can be edited BUT NOT extended for future bookings

  10. Make roles such as Fire Marshal and First Aider visible in the booking grid

    It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

    Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.

    Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.

    When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

    Business is raising the idea of “waiting list”
    In case I am not lucky when booking parking and desks for some future days, I could sing up to waiting list and Condeco could notify me (via email?) that some places are now released and I could try again or some place would be automatically assigned to me.

  13. "Book a personal space": Place the "Booking for someone else?" area ABOVE the booking calendar

    Currently in the "Book a personal space" feature, the "Booking for someone else?" area (checkbox and search box) is placed BELOW the booking calendar.

    This leads to the behaviour that when booking for someone else, users usually first select a group, then a date and then check the box to book for someone else to enter the affected user's details. However after selecting the user, the previously selected date is discarded (as the screen reloads, e.g. to apply the permissions of the selected user) and must be selected again.

  15. Flexi Desk Booking - Option To NOT Release Desk

    The autocheckin API endpoint supports Flexi and Bookable type desk bookings. It does NOT support FIXED desk bookings. We would like the option to create flexi bookings for Executives but if they don't show up, we want the desk/office to NOT release. This way we can still use the API endpoint to check him in AND if the space isn't released if he/she does not show up.

  17. Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base

    We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
    We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
    But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?

  18. Book a different desk for each day for whole week

    Would be great to have an option to choose how I want to book a desk for a week. Currently, if you try to search for a desk for whole week, it will search a single desk that will be available for all of those dates. Would be good to have a possibility to change that to choose a specific desk for each day (include a calendar in Floor Map) to quickly navigate through the dates and choose a desk from a map.Add those desk "in cart" and then confirm all those bookings in single click.
