Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.1 vote -
Bookable to Hotdesk auto conversion
Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?
For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…1 vote -

Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'"
Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.
This leads to the following behaviour:
If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)
5.45 am (15 minutes)
5.30 am (30 minutes)
5 am (1 hour)
4 am (2 hours)
6 am the day before (24 hours)

Reduce Idle Timeout to 30 minutes
Currently Condeco Idle Timeout is at 60 minutes.
As per OWASP recommendation, Common idle timeouts ranges are 2-5 minutes for high-value applications and 15-30 minutes for low risk applications.

Need a separate Vehicle registration & Parking booking solution as primary resource
For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking

Decline Team day invites if user has already accepted a Team day on that same date
On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.
There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

It would be beneficial to have a feature where all assigned groups appear at once, eliminating the need to switch between them.
If you belong to multiple groups and have access to personal spaces on the same floor, it would be convenient to have all these spaces displayed at once, avoiding the need to continuously switch between groups.

Grant permissions to users who make bookings on behalf of others, allowing them to reserve in their designated spots.
In our law firm, we have users, such as secretaries, who need to make bookings on behalf of others, like Partners. Even though the secretary might belong to a certain permission group and the Partner to another, when a secretary makes a booking for the Partner, the booking should inherit the permissions assigned to the Partner.

ideal to be able to set a favorite desk
I didn’t see a way to set a favorite personal space/desk. I have my profile updated with my preferred location and floor, but it would be ideal to be able to set a favorite desk, as I typically use the same desk each week.

Would it be possible to configure the slots settings per location, rather than at a Global level?

To be able to assign a specific desk (personal space) to a user 1 day a week permanently and on other days to be available for booking
The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.
If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.
Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.
If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

Searching issue with special characters for Hungarian Language and others
The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.

change working week to Monday to Friday
be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday
