team day - required for all team members to check in to the desksthis team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week. so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level.. 3 votes

Make roles such as Fire Marshal and First Aider visible in the booking gridIt would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles. 2 votes

Colour of available desks when already bookedThe new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour. 
 For example:
 Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
 Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.
 Desks compeltely booked out for the day remain grey…1 vote

change auto cancellation date for a closed resourceBookings created under a resource that is closed are cancelled when the scheduler runs on the day before a booking. This also sends a cancellation email. Sending a cancellation a day before is not enough time to look for another resource. 
 there should be an option to send a cancellation notice for existing bookings at the time the resource is being closed.1 vote

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desksAt the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces. Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available. When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available. We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want… 12 votesThe Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

Maximum slots per DayCurrent functionality only allows to set a maximum of slots per week or month. Suggest adding the ability to set a maximum of slots per day. Users are currently only coming to the office once but are booking multiple desks on the same day for their colleagues 1 vote

Same day bookingAdd the ability for same day (ad-hoc) desk bookings not to count towards overall booking limit. We currently have it set to 3 days per week, but this restricts flexibility if staff want to attend the office additional days. 1 vote

Disable pinch to zoom on kiosksOur kiosks are often left by users in a zoomed in state that makes them appear non-functional - this is easily solved just by zooming out. Could this be disabled somehow - either in Chrome or in the Kiosk web page? 1 vote
