  1. Desk booking reminders - Day before

    A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  2. Desk Booking - Ability to have desks as 'Not Bookable'

    We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  3. Réservation d'une salle - Import de participants

    Bonjour,

    Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.

    Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?

  5. Book a different desk for each day for whole week

    Would be great to have an option to choose how I want to book a desk for a week. Currently, if you try to search for a desk for whole week, it will search a single desk that will be available for all of those dates. Would be good to have a possibility to change that to choose a specific desk for each day (include a calendar in Floor Map) to quickly navigate through the dates and choose a desk from a map.Add those desk "in cart" and then confirm all those bookings in single click.     It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

  7. Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"

    Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.

  14. Bookable to Hotdesk auto conversion

    Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

    For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
    Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.

    Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.

    This leads to the following behaviour:

    If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)

    5.45 am (15 minutes)
    5.30 am (30 minutes)
    5 am (1 hour)
    4 am (2 hours)
    6 am the day before (24 hours)
    6 am two days before…

  20. Reduce Idle Timeout to 30 minutes

    Currently Condeco Idle Timeout is at 60 minutes.

    As per OWASP recommendation, Common idle timeouts ranges are 2-5 minutes for high-value applications and 15-30 minutes for low risk applications.
