Floorplan data tab should hide when tapped
On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

In Ghent (Perrigo Belgium) we would love to be able to book a seat for half a day. For the moment, we do not have this option. Thank you

Waiting list for desks
Hiscox has requested whether it would be possible to add list on which they can register for desk and if the desk is released they get assigned to it automatically.
Below the request from the customer: "For example, I’ve gone on 2 weeks early to book a desk for w/c 10th February. There aren’t any free on Wednesday 12th Feb and Thursday 13th Feb so I’ve booked one in a different section. I am sure however that one of my Re & ILS colleagues will cancel a desk on either of these days over the next 2 weeks so I…2 votes -
Please take away this option: "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing anonymous.
Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

Team day further config
Extra config around team days - ability to control (by group membership) how many team days a user can book per week/month/booking period. The ability to enable/disable the function by group/location/user

Contiguous desk allocation for team days
For team day bookings, if only some members of the team accept a booking, we often end up sitting apart, with people from other teams sitting between us.
It would be better if desks were allocated in order so that the booked and unbooked desks are grouped together rather than intermingled.
Perhaps the person setting up the team day could do this by choosing the order that the desks should be allocated.

Configuration update to restrict booking on behalf of user to only allow users to book on behalf of external users.

Release and subsequent reassignment of fixed desks
If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

Email templates: Additional levels for "Applies:"
Currently, in the "Email templates" menu of a group, there are three levels on what a given template will apply to:
- "to this group only"
- "to all groups in [Country]
- Globally.
As this categorization is rather rough, it would be helpful to introduce more granular levels like
- "to all groups in [Location] (if a group is only valid for one location)
- "to all groups in [Region]
Especially the last case is particularly helpful when there are multiple Regions in a Country that operate independently from one another (e.g., because they belong to different companies / sub-companies).

Change color of booked slots in the booking grid
The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

Floor plan view with the assigned desk usernames/initials
From a Facilities manager perspective, and with the goal of most efficient realestate utilisation, ability of view the floor plan with key booked areas is very important.
The internal team have had tools that allowed them to look at assigned desks for users on a floor plan which is non-existent in Condeco Desk booking today.This allows to address or attend the assigned desk user needs and help them on priority given their needs with assigned desks.

Provide a reminder on Condeco
“Enable a check-in feature with a reminder that notifies users how long their desk will be available. Additionally, set up a waiting queue to inform colleagues when a desk in the area becomes free.”

Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks?
"Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks? This would create a queue for those who need a desk when none are available. As soon as a desk is released, the first person in the queue would receive an email offering the desk. If they accept, they take the desk; if not, the offer goes to the next person in line. Each time a desk is taken, everyone in the queue moves up one spot."

Block editing of My Bookings - not extending for future bookings
Currently employees are making bookings by editing existing bookings = extending that Nokia would like to block

Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.
Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.
When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

QR Code Desk Booking
Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.
This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.
This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

Business is raising the idea of “waiting list”
In case I am not lucky when booking parking and desks for some future days, I could sing up to waiting list and Condeco could notify me (via email?) that some places are now released and I could try again or some place would be automatically assigned to me.1 vote
