Change color of booked slots in the booking grid
The shade of gray currently used for booked slots in the booking grid does not contrast strongly enough with the shade of gray in the calender, so the beginning and end of a booked slot sre difficult to recognize.

Floor plan view with the assigned desk usernames/initials
From a Facilities manager perspective, and with the goal of most efficient realestate utilisation, ability of view the floor plan with key booked areas is very important.
The internal team have had tools that allowed them to look at assigned desks for users on a floor plan which is non-existent in Condeco Desk booking today.This allows to address or attend the assigned desk user needs and help them on priority given their needs with assigned desks.

Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks?
"Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks? This would create a queue for those who need a desk when none are available. As soon as a desk is released, the first person in the queue would receive an email offering the desk. If they accept, they take the desk; if not, the offer goes to the next person in line. Each time a desk is taken, everyone in the queue moves up one spot."

Block editing of My Bookings - not extending for future bookings
Currently employees are making bookings by editing existing bookings = extending that Nokia would like to block

Filter 'my bookings' by person booked for.
Add the ability to 'filter' the 'booked for' column on the my bookings tab under personal spaces.
When booking on behalf on multiple users, it would be really handy to filter the list so I can see one persons bookings at a time!

Business is raising the idea of “waiting list”
In case I am not lucky when booking parking and desks for some future days, I could sing up to waiting list and Condeco could notify me (via email?) that some places are now released and I could try again or some place would be automatically assigned to me.1 vote -
"Book a personal space": Place the "Booking for someone else?" area ABOVE the booking calendar
Currently in the "Book a personal space" feature, the "Booking for someone else?" area (checkbox and search box) is placed BELOW the booking calendar.
This leads to the behaviour that when booking for someone else, users usually first select a group, then a date and then check the box to book for someone else to enter the affected user's details. However after selecting the user, the previously selected date is discarded (as the screen reloads, e.g. to apply the permissions of the selected user) and must be selected again.

Flexi Desk Booking - Option To NOT Release Desk
The autocheckin API endpoint supports Flexi and Bookable type desk bookings. It does NOT support FIXED desk bookings. We would like the option to create flexi bookings for Executives but if they don't show up, we want the desk/office to NOT release. This way we can still use the API endpoint to check him in AND if the space isn't released if he/she does not show up.

When booking personal areas, you can immediately see whether it is a Single Office, Double Office, Open Space, or at least open the map view in a separate window.
If the confirmation email contained a calendar entry with the booking, displayed as free, all day, that would be great!

Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base
We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?1 vote -

Booking logic
Please please please remove the limit on personal space bookings per day. We are a law firm and PAs are constantly booking on behalf of others in their teams and they have now completely lost the ability to do so with the most recent booking logic change. It also greys out the floor plan which really affects the functionality of viewing the floor plans. Perhaps we could have the choice on how many people can book per day, rather than just restricting it to one for everybody?

Roll out new view of 'Book on behalf of' to also include the booking grid, not just 'book a personal space' tab. Feels disjointed that only one screen has the new view!

Reminders from Condeco System not using ICS Files
It would be great if Condeco came up with a solution to get desk booking reminders and meeting reminders from the Condeco system not having to use the ICS File option.
This could be setup as an option under Location, Group or even (best option) specific personal selection in user profile, select an option for a reminder of your bookings and select a time of day you would like to receive them the day before, 48 hours before etc.
We don't currently use the ICS File feature as I think it creates more confusion for the end user rather than…

The employees would like to see all floor plans with the code numbers of the places, not just their group's.

Colour of available desks when already booked
The new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour.
For example:
Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.

change auto cancellation date for a closed resource
Bookings created under a resource that is closed are cancelled when the scheduler runs on the day before a booking. This also sends a cancellation email. Sending a cancellation a day before is not enough time to look for another resource.
