Bumped desks to go back into circulation rather than 'Awaiting cleaning' status
At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria
When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.6 votes -
View for reception teams of who is in the office across groups
A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.
Original idea:
It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid. Fixed Desk being released when user changes their status
We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

Selecting/Identifying Adjacent Desks
For adjacent desk configuration: allow for users to select near by desks using a GUI or similar visual plan (ex. via the floorplan). Objects highlighted automatically become "adjacent" in the system.

Put a loading icon on the desk booking screen in addition to it going white
Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.
We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage
This would help those with colour blindness.

ideal to be able to set a favorite desk
I didn’t see a way to set a favorite personal space/desk. I have my profile updated with my preferred location and floor, but it would be ideal to be able to set a favorite desk, as I typically use the same desk each week.

Implementation of teams features
today the new team feature (Team Day) was presented, thank you very much, unfortunately this functionality is currently only available on mobile devices. We would like to use this functionality in the web frontend.

Allow Admins to have visibility of all External Visitor bookings and Check-In on behalf
External Visitors do not have the app for check-ins to desks and currently, only the booker who has made on behalf is able to do the check-in. There should be visibility and functionality for Admins to view the list of external visitors for the day and check in on behalf, as the booker may not be in office for the day.

Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Currently, some email templates (e.g. booking confirmation / cancellation) can be adjusted in the web application, while others (e.g. bump reminder / bump confirmation) can only be adjusted via ticket.
Also, both ways seem to support different default fields (e.g. "<bumptime>" is available for the bump reminder template, but not for the booking confirmation template).
It would be beneficial if a customer could change all templates by himself and if he would have access to all available default fields.

iCS as an all day event
A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

Allow the user to booked a whole week in one click
When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins5 votes -
bump warning
Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.5 votes
