I agree. I reckon there should be a master set of templates that all the groups inherit from, meaning a single change to the email templates is instantly reflected across your environment.
They should be email templates based on HTML with greater customization and should allow you to be flexible with the information that can be placed inside the system.
You should also be able to create custom email tags, to pull information through from the application and then use those custom tags in your own templates.

If you look at the new desk screen coming next year, it suggests that a feature such as adaptive booking periods are coming to Enterprise.
I'd like to see the same default booking periods as the Room Groups applied to Desk Groups, to allow selections of 15 / 30 / 45 mins up to 2 hours or even customization to whatever the customer deems (in 15 min increments).
Much better to have this than just AM / PM as this is just too restrictive for most companies, especially if an individual is coming to another building for a meeting and just needs a desk for say 30 mins either side of their room booking.

We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.
Please feel free to add comments to this Idea on what you would like to see.
Thanks,
Richard.

Users could go via the Advanced Grid within the add-in to help visualise what is available across the estate and those rooms they have access to.
Users should also be educated that certain service items have added time that is applied to either side of the booking or only one side depending on what has been set), so that they know to watch out for this when reserving a room.

Agree. It should allow printing passes without 'arriving' the visitor.

Ironically this exists (Visitor Company) in the visitors table in the database, so should be quite easy to surface on the Visitors Management Page. Meeting Title already exists, but not company name.
Another entry which would be good here would be the Meeting Type (such as External or Internal or any custom versions you have configured).

I believe the approach Condeco will be taking from a discussion I last had from them will be to tie into 3rd party Visitor Management Systems via their Visitor API.
This way they can leverage the capabilities of companies who do this functionality as their bread and butter.
I am currently reviewing several VMS for this very purpose and look forward to getting Condeco connected to this system to leverage their full capabilities to deliver a unified visitor experience.

Get support to run this SQL script on your DB (if on anything from Enterprise 3.0 onwards):
SELECT pkuserid, username, userpin FROM dbo.tbluser
Only issue is that in order for a pin to be generated, the user must have logged into the system and have generated a PIN.
I have asked support if this process could be automated in future and then the report dumped into excel from the script above would have all the detail you require.

This is possible at the moment in Condeco, as long as it is done by an administrator (such as a Location Admin or above).
Do the following:
1. Navigate to the visitor module
2. Click on Visitors
3. Click on New Visitor
4. When this window opens, there is an option called Import Visitors.
5. This function allows you to download a template, complete and upload to import your visitors into a particular location. You can flag them as externals, so as to generate a visitors pass (if required) and assign them to a host within the business. We have used this for large events in our business and it's especially useful.
Note: This is in Enterprise 3.3.2 (other Enterprise versions may vary).
Are you talking about the Room Setup field or the Setup Time field?
