User reporting should only be available to a limited set of admins
A customer is requesting that for admins with access to reporting within the condeco application that their access to report on user info should be limited to the admins permissions. For example: A location admin should only see users associated with the location assigned to the admin)

SelfManaged/Managed data element is missing from the Application Report
Customer is looking to have an indicator on whether the room resource is managed/ self managed on the resource report in the condeco application.

Application Report only shows last activity for a day
Currently the application report only reports on the last activity of the day. Customers would like to see the activities for the entirety of the day.

Improvement-Vorschlag:
Eine Einstellung, die die Buchung von Desks in einer anderen vorher definierten Business-Group als der eigenen erlaubt, allerdings nur dann, wenn alle Desks in der eigenen Business-Group ausgebucht sind.
Einstellung, die es erlaubt, einen Desk nur dann zu sperren, wenn der direkt daneben liegende Desk auch tatsächlich gebucht ist. Momentan muss man gesperrte Desks vorher starr festlegen.

Delete mutliple bookings at once. Tick box to select bookings to delete then press delete

Log in time
I've had multiple people ask why we have to wait until 8 a.m. to check in. If we are here at 7 a.m., trust me, at 8 a.m. we are not thinking about logging in to Condeco. We could be in a meeting. Working on a deadline. Why can't we just check in when we come in? Also, why can't we book for 5 days? If we know we're going to be in the office every day, why can't we book for the whole week.

Floor Plan availability to all users
All users in all groups should be able to see the floor plan of where all users are sitting, whether the seats be Fixed or Flexible desks.
Currently, a user can find all users within their group on the map, but users outside of their map only show the desk name in a list making it very hard to find other users.
Use case. Our management team has a different group of desks than our doers. Our doers cannot see on the map where the managers are sitting.

Fixed Desks - need check-in and certification to function
Checking in and SelfCertification are features that need to work for people in "Fixed" offices. We have a large firm and all of our parnters have "Fixed" desks and it creates issues with the RTO features when they only apply to certain employees and there in communication out to Global Administrators letting them know.

Default Date
When I search for a colleague or book a desk it defaults to yesterdays date. It would be much better if the default was today.

List rooms that are available on home screen.
On Home screen, list all the rooms that are available for next hour, based on default settings of location by user. This will speed up process to search by user.

Default value for duration of meetings
Add default value for duration of meetings I'm booking, most cases it's one hour. In this way end time of each meeting I book is already filled in and will most of the time not require to type in by user.

Hi Condeco,
When connecting to MyMeeting by SSO, how can we also connect as someone else (very useful for an Executive Personal Assistant) as you could imagine ?
