More accurate sign Issue statement.
I'd like to have a more accurate Issue summary for offline signs. Specifically, a more precise summary of how long a sign has not been responsive instead of jus ' Not seen in the last 60 minutes'. The sign could be off for days and still have the same message.

More screen details in Screen Admin Portal
It would be helpful if we could view sign details in the Sign Admin Portal and from the Admin view on the physical scree.

Display enlarged plan with dots by default
When you display a floor plan, it is shown without the bookable desks. You have to click on the "enlarge" option to show the green dots. This seems like a pointless step. It should just display the dots immediately (the enlarged map)

Screen Health options
Screen Health page should allow you to sort by calendar profile.

change menu layout
rather than two menu categories for 'rooms' and 'desks', combine into one category and just provide drop down when booking rooms or desks. This way you dont need to have multiple menu options, and can manage all desk and room bookings in one place, rather than having to view and amend them separately.

Batch creation of ressources
Implement a possibility to batch create ressources for a given location with automatic numbering, e.g. to create 30 desks (with preselectable parameters like location, floor etc.) with a single click of a button.
The result should be a creation of 30 desk objects, named "desk01", "desk02" and so on.
Currently, creating a whole location with e.g. ~1000 desks on various floors and areas is extremely time consuming.

Correct descriptions of docking station type.
Note stations as USB-C, lenovo proprietary or microsoft surface proprietary. Lenovo/Dell labeling is inaccurate. I booked a lenovo desk which was not compatible with my USB-C lenovo.

Make booking easier
Why not have the last desk you booked be the default for the next one you want to book? At present the SEARCH brings up random desks that have neither meaning nor desirability.

use desk screen to manage cleaning
Could the desk screen show the status for cleaning pending and closed ? Also it would be much easier to manage the cleaning if the cleaning crew could badge a desk screen with cleaning pending to confirm completion. Vendor identified in the system could be the only ones to badge the cleaning pending screen

Floor plan Admin Breadcrumbs
Add breadcrumbs to the floor plan administration page similar to the desk booking interface. It's a pain to have to re-select alternate floor to get back to main floor plan on a particular floor just to configure a group.

Floor Map always available for consultation
Makes available to see the floor map even if you've already booked a desk.

private groups in Condeco Room Finder are shown but must be private
When a user is looking for a room with Condeco Room Finder, he is seeing that there are private groups which exists but they are not allowed to book on it.
Those hidden groups shouldn't be visible to users who don't have permissions.3 votes -
Don't return to start of list when changing an item in that list.
If you are making changes to a large number of items, e.g. desks, after saving a change the system returns you to the first page of the list of desks rather than the page you were on. This makes the process more time consuming. It would require less key strokes if the system returned you to where you selected the item.

Option to limit the number of bookings
It would be useful to have a limit for each floor (which can be set on or off) to the number of bookings allowed per day. So if the limit is 15, when a 16th person tries to book for the particular day, they get a message to say that the day's limit has been reached. A limit at building level would also be useful in case there is a total number limit for the building.

Allow a user to book a recurring meeting but exclude dates where equipment is unavailable
If an equipment item is not available on any of the dates for a recurring meeting room series, the pop-up alert will ask us whether we want to proceed and book the whole series without the item or cancel and go back.
It would make more sense if the facility got booked for the dates available and only exclude the date where there is no facility available.2 votes -

Automation in Connect Portal with which email can be sent to you every 1st day of the month which includes meeting room booking data of last month of all selected calendars .
