APP for LVMH, Paris
Hi, it would be great to use an app to confirm a meeting room reservation. As I know, at LVMH, we could do it before but it is no longer available. THANK YOU!

Dates are backwards
These dates on the reservation system and confirmation are so confusing!! Can't you have normal dates such as 5/11/2023; NOT 11/05/2023?

Improvements to service delivery notification periods
Hospitality require 48 hours to place food orders from their respective suppliers. This is non-negotiable from there side and they are very strict on it.
It is vital that food orders placed in Condeco by the Users, adhere to the 48 hour rule, regardless of ordering or cancelling.
NB Hospitality place their orders at 1130 a.m. so the clock starts ticking from that pointHospitality would have already paid for the food that has been ordered, and thus it still needs to be charged to Macfarlanes if a cancellation falls short of 48 hours’ notice

Condeco Screen Check in Infomation
We utilise the autobump feature, it would be really useful to be able to view in the summary of the booking: who check in and started the booking and ended it. It would save me a lot of arguments with staff!

Summary: Default meeting remainders should be applicable for Quick book as well
• Right now, the default meeting remainders is applicable only in the “Open booking Form” and not applied while booking from “Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.
• While creating booking for meeting space, the meeting remainders not applied to the “Quick book” “(Book button in the booking grid) Option which is set in the User Profile. In a net shell User profile setting is not reflected in the Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.

I am trying to figure out why after 12 pm everyday my screen completely goes grey and I am unable to view any meetings and details.

room bookings deleting
We have the Condeco pads outside each meeting room. It would be incredibly useful to link up the 'check in' button on the pads. We often have people book meetings and not turn up so we would like them to automatically delete themselves after 10 minutes if someone has not checked in.

Offer HELP on the app
I can't figure out how to find my past bookings to make thing simple. I also can't find any help anywhere on the app or on any other platform but this public posting. I'm frustrated.

The upcoming bookings on Home Page should match columns on the Your Bookings Screen.
The upcoming bookings shown on the Home Page does not provide useful information. The meeting title is too short. The room location should be provided. The columns should match columns on the Your Bookings Screen.

Booking duration quota for different cost centers
we have received a new requirement from the business centre with respect to condeco booking features. Due to high volume of meetings being booked, operation is planning to restrict booking hours for each cost centre (department) and hence the same needs to reflect on the booking form

Hide Restricted Groups from Profile > Location & Language Dropdown Values When User Does Not Have Permission
User receives a "Failed to save user details" error when attempting to Save his\her Profile > Location & Language preferences if he\she has selected a Restricted Group from the Group dropdown values and he\she does not have access to the Restricted Group.
To avoid this issue, the Profile > Location & Language page code generating the list of Group values should modified to only include the Groups values that the user has permission to access.

Provide italicized i for other fields in system (e.g., Cost Codes) to provide instructions
The Notes field and the Meeting space field have a blue italicized i next to each field which provides some additional information. Can we have a similar information icon for our GL Code, Client Matter Field (custom field) and Outside Group field (custom field)?

Edit Attendees tab after last change date for catering
Attendees tab should be editable after the last date for catering bookings

when adding attendees to a room reservation, external should be the default, not internal.
We should at least be able to choose if we would prefer external be our default for meeting attendees vs internal.

Allow Booking Exceptions For Exchange Room Policy BookingWindowInDays
Allow users to use either the Condeco Web Portal or Add-In to submit exceptions to bypass the Exchange room property BookingWindowInDays. In Exchange, users who are listed under RequestOutOfPolicy can submit exceptions. Can we do the same in Condeco?
