  1. Inconsistent UI behavior around sorting.   Some places Alphabetical, others not, sometimes by DB entry time

    An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

  4. Is it possible to have an 'add to Outlook calendar' button on the automated email confirmations

    When users receive an automated confirmation from condeco - Is it possible for a 'add to calendar' button to allow this time to be blocked out in their Outlook calendar

  5. Copy group setup between countries

    It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.

  6. Self-Certification required for any on site activity

    We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

  8. Manage vendors - Admin level

    The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

  10. Assign bought licenses to locations for internal rebilling purposes

    We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges

  12. Allow delivery requests over multiple days

    Allow delivery requests over multiple days, atm you can only book items for one day.

    If you want to book an article for more than one day (without booking a room), you have to do a separate booking every day (so f.e. 10 days = 10 separate bookings)

  14. Add an overview for special deliveries with the available amount left of items

    Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).

    We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

  19. Admin to be able to edit attendee number for Smart calendar bookings

    Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.
