    The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

    "Custom VAT value in Condeco Catering Services while adding the catering services"
    The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
    Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.

  2. Instead of Welcome page on mobile app., pop up the Homelocation floorplan

    Dear Condeco, we would like to propose changes related to the Mobile application, both IOS and Android mobile application. When you open the application you get a Welcome page. Instead of that Welcome page we would like to propose to popup always the home location of a person. In that way, when somebody does not know, how to orient in a building, this can be very helpful. When it is possible, please popup always the location, which is choose by a user and when no location is choose, always the home location. Thank you.

  3. Ordering of Resources appearing in the Booking Grid

    Allow for a more efficient way to reorder the resources for the booking grid. Currently they default to the order they were added in. To add something in the middle of a sequence you have to click the up or down arrow potentially hundreds of times. Provide drag and drop functionality or some speedier way to resort, perhaps something similar to how you can sort a table in Excel allowing for compound rules. Sort by Column A then by Column C

  4. Please add more Meeting Room (resource) sort columns

    I need to be able to sort by more fields in order to pinpoint rooms better. Example - Currently I am updating all rooms to have exchange mailboxes. I have absolutely no way of seeing which rooms have mailboxes unless I click into every single one. This is time consuming and prone to error.

  5. Include the screen that is down on the Heartbeat emails

    The emails for Heartbeat notification should include what screen is failing so the screen can be checked easier than having to log into the portal to see what screen is down.

  6. select who should receive admin emails (Deletion or creation emails) and provide the ability to turn off these emails.

    In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.

  7. Change history for groups

    In the option "Application Setup" => "Groups" show in the sub-option "Edit Name / Deployment" or in a new sub-option "Change history" following information for each Group:
    - Created by user and on date
    - Last change by user and on date
    - Change history, so for each change - Changed by, on and what.

  8. Change SmartCalendar to search all floors at once

    SmartCalendar does not allow you to search all floors at the same time - you have to go through the list of floors to find a room on a floor. Change the search to search all floors.

  10. Allow selection of recurring days when assigning flexible desk bookings in resources

    When assigning a desk (resource) on a flexible basis at present the system asks for a start and end date or assigns the desk until further notice for a user. It would be useful to have the functionality to assign a desk (resource) like you would a recurring calendar invite and book the desk for a user on say every Wednesday or once a month etc. Instead you have to assign the desk to a user and then release it on the days you don't want the bookings.

  11. Sort group options when creating resource

    When creating a new resource, Group selection list is sorted by what I assume is the database ID so they are listed in order of creation - oldest first. Please sort by the group names so that options can be easier to find.

  12. Make Profile fields configurable: write/read-only

    In our company we book meeting rooms in Outlook which are then synchronised to Condeco. We find that when the user First Name synchronised from Outlook, mismatches with the user First Name registered in Condeco, the relevant meeting rooms and respective attendees are not included in the Contact Report.

    For example:
    We have two users in question:

    User 1: Anothony Apricot (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)
    User 2: Bernard Balloon (as registeed in Azure Active Directory)

    In Condeco the users have the option to change a.o. their First Name, Last Name and Email Address in their Profile settings.

  14. Requesting Default Group Settings

    Since all group settings have to be manually updated,can we define the group defaults when uploading through the DCS *Omnicom understands this is available through the application but they want to set different defaults when uploading through the dcs.

  17. In the User bulk upload functionality, it will be good if we have delete option for successful or failed uploads.

    The bulk user upload file remain in the portal permanently on either success or failed jobs.
    It looks weird on the portal. at least better for the failure jobs must have delete or rerun options for the admin users.

    Refer my case #CNSD-3101 for the issue that i am facing because of this failure.

  18. Ability to add / delete rooms with a future activation date

    Oftentimes, we know when rooms will be coming on and off-line well before the date they need to - It would be helpful if this information could be input for activation on a future date. Example - 10 new rooms coming on-line (or a new site) November 1. It would be great to populate all the information on August 13, and set it go live on November 1.

  19. Ability for the system to default add specific Group permissions to users based on their email domain

    Build in some intelligence into the system that allows it to recognise user email domains and automatically apply permissions based on email domain e.g. all users registering with domain @abc.com can access Groups 1, 2 and 3; users registering with domain @def.com can access Groups 3, 4 and 5; and users registering with domain @ghi.com can access Groups 1, 3, 4 and 6. I'm aware that some of this functionality is/will become available via AD and future updates (HR feed), but this might be an added benefit for our building where we won't be able to add everyone using those…

  20. Condeco sync with Outlook

    Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.
