get rid of drop down menue for number of attendees - it causes so much trouble and interferes with the functionality
The drop down menu for Number of attendees when booking through the Outlook add in is not user friendly, we want a free type field. I want to be able to book a room with 20 attendees in my attendee field but only 10 of them need a room and at the moment i can't reduce number of attendees without my attendees disappearing - A free type field instead of drop down for number of attendees would fix the issue(and is available for admins)

Group admins should only be able to view group admins
In user management, a group admin can view all admins up to Global level. Group admins should only be able to view other group admins to prevent bypassing agreed processes for contacting the relevant support teams. Global admins should be able to view all admins, all other admin levels should only be able to view their own admin level down to group admin.

Delete the list of Authorization code in wayfinder
Delete the list of Authorization code in wayfinder. There are a big list with a lot of codes and we have to go to the end in order to look for the correct code.

Give admins the possibility to delete bookings ON ROOM SCREENS
Global, Country, Location admins should have the possibility - within their rights - to delete otherones bookings ON ROOM SCREENS.

Machen Sie es möglich dass man an einzelnen ganzn Tagen die Räumichkeiten alle oder gesamt unbuchbar machen kann. Z.B. Wenn Sonderreinigungen oder Umbauarbeiten stattfinden.

Add 'OneClickDelete' option to booking reminders
Allow email reminders for personal and meeting spaces to be updated with functions like the ‘OneClickDelete’ tag. This will enable users easily cancel meeting if they can not attend in a last minute reminder.

Key worker role via group
Add the possibility to assign key worker roles (first aiders, fire marshals) to users automatically via group assignments (which for SSO users should be abled to sync from an external source like Entra ID).

Search function in meta admin cost code
Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user
Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user, this will enable us to see if there is more than one in any user profile. At the moment you can only de-register cards but you cannot see what the number is or if the user has more than one.

Half Day cancellations
Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

Regional Admins creation to coordinate multiple countries to Map Exchange resources, etc.
Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.
Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

Request for Enhanced Filtering Options in Condeco
Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
Could you please consider adding this functionality to Condeco? Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

Allow to change the default configuration about the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox
Allow to change the default configuration about the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox
Since the implementation of the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox option when creating a meeting in the portal, at the bottom left of the "Meeting space booking form" (see attached file)
--> This option is enabled by default, I mean that the checkbox is checked.
Would it be possible to uncheck this checkbox by Default ?

Have the option to automatically set desks up as Closed
When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.

Your Team page - ability to revert back to previous location status when you delete your personal/meeting space
Currently, your location status is updated automatically if you book something on Condeco. However, it does not revert back when you delete the booking. You will have to manually adjust your status to change this.

Create user groups instead of resource groups
The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days. Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.
There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.
