Disable setting for a single location so that personal spaces cannot be booked for external users
It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.
Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.

Visitor API call to return visitors for a specific user
We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

User API call to return default location and floor for all users
We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API and, although we can pull all the user IDs , it is not possible to return the default location and floor. From a UX perspective, it would be better to pre-populate the default rather than the user having to select from a drop with a significant number of options. This is particularly important for new joiners and those employees who have changed location or floor.
In the meantime, we need to manually upload the master data provided by the Condeco team on a periodic basis.1 vote -

I would like to see the feature "Allow colleagues to see my status and personal workspace locations" to be greyed out so that a users cannot do this and that only Group Admin can do this. It is not helpful when you can't locate a user or know where they are sitting

Include an 'Add All' button when adding attributes to resources from resource admin. Then you can quickly unselect attributes that are not provided with the resource.

Let us amend the "past" bookings even when the time is over.
On the booking grid when the time of the booking is over you cannot extent the booking any more. it is important to be able to extend it even if the booking is considered in the past as many times we need to give them more time and there is no other way to block the space other than booking a whole new booking all over again.

Show visitor's name that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill"
Show visitor's name ( when registering them ) that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill" and this way we could see the previous host and all other details. This could speed up the prosses so much and help us find details that people usually do not remember. ( They usually give us random names other than the host and this delays everyone. Also creates confusion.

Its too busy no need to view buildings or resources which are closed. we can't delete our buildings just yet but don't need to see the groups. or maybe add the closed groups in a different location

Import absence data from HRMS system and allow assigned desks to become bookable
We would like to be able to import upcoming employee absence data from our HRMS system to automatically free any assigned personal spaces and make them bookable in the system.

TIME LIMIT: Ability to Limit user to a 0900-1700 where as admin can book anytime they want to
this will help admin users to book rooms beyond business hours it will also give you control over what time frames users can book the spaces

Access Previous Data
Would like the ability to see who canceled conference rooms/workspace same day or previously with the ability to review over the past month or so. Possibly with the ability to run a report.

Limit resources
It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023. It must be possible to say: In the period 01.01.2023-30.11.2023, the desks belong to team area x. From 01.12.2023, the desks belong to…

Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

Self-Registering users should select department, if that department is a group name, basic permissions should be given, USER ONLOADING.
Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.
Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.
