book via floor map an option on initial login\Today screen
I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

Indicate the desired desk on the floor plan
Today, when we search and get the list of the desks, and then click on "floor plan" for a specefic desk, we'll get the plan with all desks, so we need to research again for the desk desired on the plan. It will be great to be oriented directly to the desired desk on the plan.

V2 Desk booking unit GUI display for social distancing measures "not in use" image/message
Hi Condeco,
I would like to be able to best utilise Condeco V2 units to encourage social distancing in my Office. If you could please consider a creating a function and message for the Desk booking units (v2) indicating a desk not in use and making that desk not bookable, without having to remove it from the network from the back end or unplugging it from the mains. This would be very beneficial t my Organisaton so to help best utilise and maximise our current workstation usage Globally in the mist of of Covid 19.

Multiple login sessions?
Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

Work week booking (a Monday on a Friday)
ability to book a desk for a Monday on the Friday.
At the moment Condeco considers 7 day week, therefore won't let you book Monday desk until the Sunday. Assume you need to change span to working week......3 votes -

Mobile Apps does not display Desk Attribute
Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps17 votes -
Waiting list for desks
At the moment if you aren’t successful in booking a desk for particular times in the future, you have to go back and check periodically to see whether people have released their desks, but it’s very time consuming and manual.
I wondered whether there could be some sort of ‘waiting list’ functionality set up whereby you can request a desk for your area for particular times and then as desks are released (due to cancellations) you receive a notification? Would save us from logging back on repeatedly etc.

Desk Booking Periods
This may have been posted previously but I can't seem to find it.
Can Condeco be configured to allow desk bookings periods which are more flexible than just the AM/PM options?

Bulk import of desks
Bulk upload option with CSV import would be a nice feature here. It can save lots of time setting up a floor

Improve email templates
Email templates are currently bland and don't always give the information required.
Templates should be in a format so they can be tied into the company branding. Currently HTML does not support this.
Difficult to update templates, to provide required fields of information in the group admin section. For example, When booking a desk, the date is left blank, the from is left blank and the to is let blank. So people receiving these don't know the date and times of their booking.

Add Additional Item to the floor plan legend
On the current Floor plan legend there are only three desk statuses available: Available, Meets desk features, and Booked. There is actually a fourth desk status listed on the floor plan and it is a combination of two. There is a Green inner dot with a grey outer circle. This meaning that the desk has the correct attributes but is booked. Yes, with enough thought, a user will realize what it means by putting two and two together, but it really should be listed on the legend since it is regularly seen on the floor plan.

Set "favorite" spaces so that they can be booked quickly
Ability to set a list of favorite spaces such as desks, and rooms, and book from the list quickly.

View where any colleague is sitting in the building.
Some facility to view where someone is sitting, even if you cannot book a desk in that area. Currently you can't find a colleague's desk unless you can also book on that floor.

Reminder or alarm for ending of a booking
Can we introduce a reminder or alarm(completely optional) feature for the employees to be notified about a booking end time.
This would be more useful for people who rarely change their location and also a good feature for others.

Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user confirms
Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"
If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

Put a loading icon on the desk booking screen in addition to it going white
Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.
We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage
This would help those with colour blindness.

A live page to clearly displays who is sitting where that we can show on our TV's throughout the office
The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working
Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.
Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

Desk booking advance periods in 'days' should allow weekends to be ignored
When a desk period is set to ‘weeks’, there is an option to ‘ignore weekends’. We would like this option to apply when the advance period is set to ‘days’ as well.

Setup a waiting list to notify users when desks are released
Create a waiting list so that users can be notified when desks have been released and\or book the desk for the next user in line.
