  1. Closing a group of resources (desks) for a fixed day (or multiple) each week or month. E.g. a group of desks unavailable every Monday

    To help with larger groups of desks required for leadership meetings. Can currently only close resources for a inclusive set of dates, not a fixed day every week/month

  2. Closing desk(s) messaging

    When a desk is closed, either via zone, resources or floorplan, a reason is prompted for and should be included in the subsequent email that is sent to the people who had just had their desk bookings cancelled.

  3. Count bookings as 1 slot per day instead of 2

    Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  4. Set Release Periods via API for Fixed/Flexi Desks

    Currently the API allows for release of a reserved desk but you cannot release a fixed/flexi desk. Either DeskBookingUpdateDeskBookingV1 needs to be updated to support fixed/flexi release or a new endpoint is required to set 'Release Period' for fixed/flexi desks.

  6. Change wording of answers in the Self-Certify popup

    The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

  7. Allow HTML on Welcome page message and self-certify popup.

    We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  8. Auto close adjacent desks to ensure social distancing

    Not all offices have the space to reshuffle desks to create more distance in between colleagues. Would like to have a first-come first-served feature when someone books a desk, the desk to the left, right and front gets auto closed. I.e. others cannot book in the near proximity of a booked desk. Adjacent desks are already part of the build, so it should be easy to build up on it.

    Allow an alias URL to be used in the mobile app rather than only "yourcomany.codecosoftware.com". Eg. Browser access is via bookadesk.yourcompany.com.au.

  11. Is there a way to block desk bookings if they do not meet the 24 hour notice

    We would like to ask our staff to book desks 24 hours before they attend the office, is there a way to block bookings that do not meet the 24 hour notice?

  12. Additional user settings above those set by the group

    Enabling an option to override group settings at a user level (similar to overriding number of days users can book a desk).

    For example, managers who move between offices and need a desk booked in advance in more than one location, without enabling this function for all users. Another would be switching off the mandatory requirement to sign in for some users without needing to give them a fixed desk.

  14. Plot unbookable desk on floorplan

    Provide an option to plot unbookable desk with a red dot on the floorplan. This unbookable desk resource cannot have it's status changed, its sole purpose is to mark permanently closed desk on a floorplan.

  15. Ability to setup shifts

    Currently can only book a desk am/pm or all day. Many back end offices have shift patterns with 3-4 shift slots a day.

    It would be helpful for the shifts to be specific to an individual/team or the space/group.
