  1. Bump warning lead time - Editable in UI

    Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
    Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.

  2. URL within the QR code to allow a user to check-in without opening the app

    A user should be able to scan the QR code with their camera to check in and shouldnt be required to open the app

  3. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.

    Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  4. Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report

    Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.

  5. Bumped desks to go back into circulation rather than 'Awaiting cleaning' status

    At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  6. Sort Desk or Room Attributes

    It would make handling desk and room attributes easier if it was possible to sort attributes alphabetically when interacting with them via the admin pages or when filtering room or desk searches.

  7. All desk group view

    Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  9. Rerouting to Parking layout

    Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   12. Place 'Book for Someone Else' checkbox at very top of screen

    We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  13. There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria

    When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

  14. View for reception teams of who is in the office across groups

    A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   15. Summary tab for Desk Booking

    This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

  16. Ability to set custom work status

    We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

    Right now you can only see items on the map if you select either room bookings or specific groups in Personal Spaces. Create a map button that shows all meeting rooms and personal spaces on one map.

  20. Desk bump after no check in should not create a cleaning request. It makes the space unusable.

    Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.
