Deactivate icon in floorplan legend when function not being used
In case a functionality is not being used (e.g. desk cleaning), it shall be possible to deactivate or hide the respective icon in floorplan legend.
It is confusing for the user, when desk cleaning is not being used but the "awaiting cleaning" icon is shown on the floorplan.

Restricted groups - Booking for someone else (another user without permission)
Allow an authorised user (assigned to restricted group ABC) to book a space in the restricted group ABC for another user who is not assigned to this restricted group ABC.

Possibility to book work places by the hour
Currently, users only have the option of selecting two booking slots. We would like to give our users the opportunity to book work places by the hour.

all/none option for all the users
Currently, only admins can see the option to select all available time in a week or reset all selections (all/none button).
We kindly ask you to add this functionality to the users with user rights as they are using the system on daily basis and this function is very useful for them.

Desk Panels
The layout on the desk panels would be better if the room number and name appear a bit bigger? I think the clock that is shown could be removed.

Meeting rooms including individual desks
At the moment we are faced with the situation, that we have meeting spaces that are personal spaces as well.
In detail:
In the daily business, it is possible to book each individual desk in a room.
In addition to that, it is possible to book the whole room as a meeting room so that the individual desks are no longer available during this time period.

Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Currently, some email templates (e.g. booking confirmation / cancellation) can be adjusted in the web application, while others (e.g. bump reminder / bump confirmation) can only be adjusted via ticket.
Also, both ways seem to support different default fields (e.g. "<bumptime>" is available for the bump reminder template, but not for the booking confirmation template).
It would be beneficial if a customer could change all templates by himself and if he would have access to all available default fields.

Restrict Contact Report results to Group / Location / Country
Currently, a Group Admin is able to trace a given user's contacts across different groups / locations / countries that he is not even admin of.
This is contradictory to the concept of the Group Admin only being able to administer settings and users of groups he is admin of / permitted to administrate.
It also raises issues regarding data protection because now an administrator who is a group admin of e.g. only one single specific group in one specific country can trace contacts of any user for any country.

Update quick search to show only results that meet a users preferred attributes
Currently the quick search results from either the today page or under personal spaces -> home show all available resources not just those that meet a users preferred attributes.
This causes user issues as they book a desk and then find out that it doesn't meet their needs.
Only under the floor plan view or "Book a personal Space" menu do users see the stars showing desks that meet their needs.

Notification Message when Booking from Quick Search or Booking
Please review the below screen shot. Is it possible to have the same message that appears in screenshot (1), appear in screenshot (2)? These messages appear when a hoteling space is not available on a particular floor and the #2 message could be considered by the end-user as an error message.

Limit the number of a weeks a user can use a desk
It would be good if the system could be set so a user cannot book the same desk every time they make a desk booking.
We are trying to introduce more collaboration between teams and would like people to mix up where they sit.
However old habits die hard and users like to sit at the same desk week in week out.3 votes -
Restrict "Booking for Other Users" to only certain users
Currently the option is global and all or nothing. But for someone who is say an executive assistant or team lead it would be useful to allow specific non-admin users to book for others while not allowing it globally.

Add Group selection to the Quick Search menu
"Home" aka Quick Search there is only Location, Floor, Workspace type and Date.
Adding Groups would help help narrow down the list that appears for users in more than 1.

Easier process to obtain / print QR Codes
There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

Add question to Desk Booking Form
Ask user if they would like a lunch meal with their reservation. The response is then collected and shared with email distribution group. The reason behind this idea is to cut back on food waste in our office.

Automatic check in on the day - make it deactivated even if check in period has started
At present, Automatic Check In occurs if a booking is made on the day if the check in period has started. However, if a user books on the day, get automatically checked in but doesn't turn up that desk gets wasted, because the user doesn't get bumped and it allows a user to cheat the system. Also, the text in the application set up says that "Bookings made after the check-in period ends are always checked in automatically, regardless of this setting" which is incorrect according to support. Booking desks for external
When booking on behalf of someone else, put the external tick box above rather than below. This makes it easier for people to free type the name and easier to navigate - a lot of people miss the button at the bottom.

Users are able to book unlimited resources for the same day on non-default groups
Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.14 votes -

Requesting a direct link to the website in the bump reminder email or a way to check in/self-certify from the reminder email.
