  1. Indicate the desired desk on the floor plan

    Today, when we search and get the list of the desks, and then click on "floor plan" for a specefic desk, we'll get the plan with all desks, so we need to research again for the desk desired on the plan. It will be great to be oriented directly to the desired desk on the plan.

    Hello,

    Please can you build the functionality to change the group order in:

    Desk booking

    Find a Desk

    Groups

    We have about 20 groups and when a user scrolls through the list of Department groups, they aren't in any order and users don't know where the groups are unless they have seen it before. Please can you allow admins to make it Alphabetical or custom order?

    Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  4. Ability to check-in via email or QR Code as a Visitor

    Currently, if I book a desk for a visitor, they are unable to check in via link or QR code because they have to have the app or be able to log in with the workplace email. It would be helpful if we could have a link for them check-in to their own desks. Otherwise, their desk is bumped and released to other staff members.

  5. Waiting list for desks

    Hiscox has requested whether it would be possible to add list on which they can register for desk and if the desk is released they get assigned to it automatically.
    Below the request from the customer: "For example, I’ve gone on 2 weeks early to book a desk for w/c 10th February. There aren’t any free on Wednesday 12th Feb and Thursday 13th Feb so I’ve booked one in a different section. I am sure however that one of my Re & ILS colleagues will cancel a desk on either of these days over the next 2 weeks so I…

  6. Half Day desk cancellations

    Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

  7. QR Code Desk Booking

    Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.

    This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.

    This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

  8. Include closure reason in Booking Cancellation mail.

    Currently, a user whose booking is cancelled due to a desk closure does not receive any further information on why the desk was closed, leading to confusion and follow-up questions (e.g. with floor managers, personal assistants, group admins etc.).

    As a reason must be provided to perform a closure anyways, it would be good to include this reason in the respective booking cancellation mail. This would lead to more transparency and less confusion with the users.

  9. team day - required for all team members to check in to the desks

    this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  10. Your Team function - Posibilty to see the booked desk of your colleagues

    It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

    Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
    When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.

  14. In Office schedule - Default Setting

    Default setting for In-Office schedule is "Working Remotely" .

    To update this staff need to open each day one by one and change status.
    Could we have Global or User level setting to change this default?

    Alternatively, allow multi-select e.g. to change status for whole week/month

  15. Users can book in advance for x Days

    Hi Team,

    please add more than 5 days to book in advance. Number should be at least up to 14 days to select in the group configuration.
    Days booking and week booking are two different scenarios.

  16. Make BSSID optional

    Make the BSSID optional whenever the user is connecting the Desk Screen v3 to the network to make the screen allow to connect to other Access Points, should a specific Access Point drop connection and allow the desk screens to connect to another Access Point.

  18. Attach ICS Calendar entry when booking from mobile app

    When booking a desk from the mobile app it does not attach an ICS calendar entry to the confirmation email. But if you book via the website then you do get a calendar attachment. Please update the mobile app to attach ICS file in the email confirmation.

  19. Allow for a communications channel for users

    Have the ability for admins to send a message to all users of a specific location.
    This would be really helpful if something changes that will prevent the users from either using the system, or changes to the office availability.

  20. Map department via SCIM without having to manually create in Condeco

    Department mapping via SCIM would be useful for organisation's where new / department changes occur often from a single source of truth.
    Then being able to search by department will also allow it to be easy to find (e.g. IT - from the find a colleague)
