We need to be able to book desks to wrap around meetings and events which are scheduled more than 5 weeks in advance.

Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status
Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status
Idea is to restrict booking for unvaccinated, turning Desk Bookings into Managed Bookings (requiring approval from HR).
Scenario
- User makes a Desk Reservation
- System Identifies user has Vaccination Status set to "Unvaccinated" under their user profile, queues up reservation under awaiting approval
- HR pulls reports and accepts or rejects reservation based on conditions or documentation
- Ability for user to submit documentation required by HR via Booking Form (Sends email to HR)

Personal spaces Home page
There are tabs for Fixed personal space and Upcoming bookings; Flexi personal spaces are populated under the Fixed personal space. This is confusing. Would be more clear if there were three tabs: Fixed personal spaces, Flexi personal spaces and Bookable personal spaces.

Ability to Reserve over Slot Limit with Same-Day Bookings
A customer would like the ability to limit the amount of bookings that a user can create ahead of time. For example: 1 slot/week. (This is currently supported by the application) However the customer would like to make sure that any open space during the same day is made available to be reserved by individuals that may have reached their slot limit.
For Example: userA reserved a desk on Monday and reached 1 slot booked for the week. They are unable to reserve a slot on Tuesday to Sunday. On Wednesday userA looks in Condeco and sees that a desk…

Increase short term capacity by opening up booking rights
Increase short term capacity utilisation by allowing employees to book unused desks in other groups than the ones the user is assigned to by implementing a time stamp function for the admin. This would solve the problem that desks in some groups which are not booked will be opened up to other users let´s say 24/36/48 hrs in advance. The result is a maximisation of capacity utilisation - most fundamental to increase the efficiency of office space

Provide additional search fields on the “Find a colleague” feature
Allowing me to search (for example) for the department “Information Systems” to see where any of my colleagues have booked in the building (and then book a desk near to them). Currently I would have to repeatedly search by individual name.

Ensure Desk Booking Floorplan Availability "Circles" work for colour-blindness
Reliance on colour alone for the “Available”, “Booked” and “Your Desk" availability ”circles" on the floorplans does not adequately support individuals with colour-blindness. Please can you add distinct symbols inside the circles for each to enable them to be distinguished without reliance on colour (i.e. use a symbol or shape as currently done for “Closed”, “Awaiting cleaning”, “Meets desk attributes” and “Allocated Desks”).

Waitlist or queue for desks
It would be great if when an employee goes to reserve a desk, but there are none available for that day, they can add themselves to a waitlist to be notified if a cancellation happens or a space otherwise opens up.

Automate the process of setting the desk resource from “Awaiting Sanitization” to “Available”
Hoping to have a function where the Desks will automatically change the state to “Available” at a predefined (e.g., 12 am / 0000H) daily so that employees can then search and book the desks.

V2 Desk booking unit GUI display for social distancing measures "not in use" image/message
Hi Condeco,
I would like to be able to best utilise Condeco V2 units to encourage social distancing in my Office. If you could please consider a creating a function and message for the Desk booking units (v2) indicating a desk not in use and making that desk not bookable, without having to remove it from the network from the back end or unplugging it from the mains. This would be very beneficial t my Organisaton so to help best utilise and maximise our current workstation usage Globally in the mist of of Covid 19.

Work week booking (a Monday on a Friday)
ability to book a desk for a Monday on the Friday.
At the moment Condeco considers 7 day week, therefore won't let you book Monday desk until the Sunday. Assume you need to change span to working week......3 votes -
Add Additional Item to the floor plan legend
On the current Floor plan legend there are only three desk statuses available: Available, Meets desk features, and Booked. There is actually a fourth desk status listed on the floor plan and it is a combination of two. There is a Green inner dot with a grey outer circle. This meaning that the desk has the correct attributes but is booked. Yes, with enough thought, a user will realize what it means by putting two and two together, but it really should be listed on the legend since it is regularly seen on the floor plan.

Reminder or alarm for ending of a booking
Can we introduce a reminder or alarm(completely optional) feature for the employees to be notified about a booking end time.
This would be more useful for people who rarely change their location and also a good feature for others.

Include closure reason in Booking Cancellation mail.
Currently, a user whose booking is cancelled due to a desk closure does not receive any further information on why the desk was closed, leading to confusion and follow-up questions (e.g. with floor managers, personal assistants, group admins etc.).
As a reason must be provided to perform a closure anyways, it would be good to include this reason in the respective booking cancellation mail. This would lead to more transparency and less confusion with the users.

Make roles such as Fire Marshal and First Aider visible in the booking grid
It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

Outlook
Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

Company as a mandatory field for External booking
Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks
