Floor options 'All' is missing for month and week views
Condecco has changed.
The floor option for 'All' has been removed from the month and week views.
This option is a requirement and needs to be returned.
Unsure why this was removed in the first place and not sure why workspace was added as it is of no use1 vote -
Bookable Resources Catalogue
How about a catalogue of all the resources available for booking in the organisation, with slots for related information to be displayed too, such as the owner of that resource? This may well be something that administrators can see, but why not a more limited, read-only version for users?

- Would be useful to see past visitor information (outside of 3 month range).

Would be helpful to have an overview of past meeting spaces (they seem to disappear)

Option for specific time slot
I have seen there is no option to book specific time ex: first half ,second half or specific time period (custom timings)
becuase some times we wont required the desk whole day.Please consider this point .

es würde besser sein, wenn man für eine Woche komplett buchen kann. Damit eine Chance besteht, seinen Arbeitsalltag für die Woche festzumachen. Und nicht ein Tag im Voraus. Bei uns in der Fachgruppe wurde das auch sehr bemängelt, dann können Sie Kollegen Ihre Termine besser abstimmen nach Außen und mit den Kollegen. So stellt sich das als sehr schwierig da.2 votes -

Overview of Personal Space in Mobile App so that there is an overview who is sitting where in the office and not just search for a specific colleague.

Block booking desks
The ability to allow desks to be allocated as per the agreed days in the office. This would be fixed desks inline with the already identified collaborations required in the group. This will reduce individual admin. The only admin required will be to manage holidays and any other exceptional days when we are not needing a desk.

Allow you to see historical bookings so you can look up a previous room and book the same room for future meeting

booking desk and parking space in the same day
In case of cancelation of desk space, to be able to book the new one, firstly I should also cancel parking space for that day. As in other way booking personal desk is unavailable.
Only after cancelation parking space for that day, I can book my desk and after that parking space.

Enlarge the "Group" box in Book a Personal Space
In the book personal space section, the "Group" box is too small - you can't see the full team names which makes it really difficult when you're searching for your correct team. Can the box be made bigger? Thanks!

Desk booking group search
Ability to create a list of colleagues so that the system could suggest the nearest desk to the majority of the team. Could be useful for days when most/all colleagues want to be in the office together for specific events.

View Floorplan
Move the blocker to viewing a floor plan within the Find a Colleague feature when the 2 people are not in the same resource group to when the user tries to book a desk from the floorplan. this pop up message that blocks people from viewing the floorplan is causing a big problem here. It would be an easy UX change to make and would benefit us, and probably other customers, greatly. Thank you.

Need e-mail merge field for "previous attendees".
This is in reference to ticket ENSD-59124 I submitted, but was directed to submit a user voice. On the "Change in Booking" e-mail notification, there is a mail-merge field for number attending, but not previous number attending. Our Hospitality team would really like a merge-field for that. A lot of other data points have a "previous" version so we hope this is pretty simple to accomplish.

Tentative booking
Is it possible to add a tentative booking? ie., If I I should go into the office on a particular day in 7 weeks, because I can only view/book 4 weeks in advance, I normally write it down somewhere and keep a reminder to book when it is available to do so. It will be great to do this with the app. rather than externally
