  1. Harmonize display of mandatory fields

    On some screens (e.g. Contacts > Add New) mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk, on others (e.g. Visitors >Advanced) the field labels are displayed in bold. This should be harmonized. Thank you!

  6. "Purpose" of visit is "external visitor" or "internal visitor" >> logic?

    Advanced visitor adding: Can the "purpose" of a visit really be "internal visitor" or "external visitor"? Maybe you could change the field label?

    Add a visitor > Advanced button: There are fields that look as if they offer a search option but there does not seem to be any.

  10. Add a visitor: Space between field label and colon

    This is just a minor point. On the screen "Add a visitor" you are using field labels followed by a space, then a colon. This looks very strange. Regards, Esther

    We should be able to attach colleagues names when we book a huddle room so other can see that they're working in the office

    Could we have the ability to display the information for booking and location similar to Find a Colleague, but for the entire department?

  15. Desk & Meeting waiting list for any cancellation

    Names to be added by admin user IE: reception and office managers
    Desks numbers not to be covered by coloured dots maybe highlight the desk in a light color if already booked.
    Smaller map to fit/fill screen or have office split ( meeting rooms/ east side /west side - levels and floor so forth ) ?

  16. List of booked desks

    Is there anyway we can have a daily list of all staff that have booked a desk and their desk number and it to automatically show per day to be placed in an entrance area so staff that come in can see which desk they have booked.

    Ability to lock booking of height adjustable desks to certain users (ie those with occupational health agreement).

  20. Improve access to and legibility of floorplan

    1. Include a floorplan for the meeting room bookings.
    2. Make the text on the floorplan MUCH more legible.
