Tags for type of work that day (calls or more focused)
Add a tag or label to describe if you plan to have a lot of calls, or if you need some quietness to work. In that way people could sit (or not sit) near certain colleagues . People constantly on the phone can be contentious in open floor offices!

Food Services
Can alert be made to advise that their is a Food Services order to be processed and when done changes color or status of the booking.

desk owner permissions
the option to let desk owners reserve their desk when they plan on coming in; perhaps special permissions or a way to assign desk with people names. not sure if this is already a thing.

Meeting spaces names
We can't see the meeting spaces' names on floor plan (meeting spaces - book a meeting space). Please make them visible in Condeco, it will make reservation process more efficient.

Au niveau des visiteurs, il est possible d'importer un fichier.
De la même façon, nous souhaiterions pouvoir importer un fichier des participants lorsque l'on réserve une salle de réunion.
Nous disposons souvent de fichier des participants que nous pourrions réutiliser lors de la réservation de salles afin de ne pas avoir à les ressaisir.Pourriez-vous mettre en place cette fonctionnalité ?

Profile editing

No users freindly
We are unable to add any catering requirement's once a meeting is in progress.
We have to make a complete separate booking.

Today Page choices
I like the Today Page but it would be good to be able to choose not to have it open by default every time I log in. Is that already possible? If not then can I add it as a suggestion?

The revised feature request should be as follows: To move # day of the week reoccurring functionality from advanced, into monthly reoccurring, and to add 2nd or 3rd (of the week) as options for the scheduling. Allow users to create 'favourites' list, where they can add their colleagues/managers and have a notification system when a desk is booked by anyone in the favourites list.

Laptop connections should not bump the desk
There is no option to check in the desk, for those who are connecting via laptop the desk gets bumped at 11. We should have an option to check in manually

Place an easy to find seating map floor plan button on the main screen.
