Checklist in case of building evacuation
In case of fire, and need to evacuate the building, a list of persons who were in the building -at least, who booked a desk- would be useful for the evacuation responsibles, which would be accessible through the website and the app (limited to some profiles). Is there such a feature on Condeco ?

Enable SmartCalendar for M365 room resources
Enable SmartCalendar to be working with M365 room resources. As we have multiple locations but not using Condeco explicitly at all locations we can not hide the M365 resources in Outlook. This would block cross location bookings for exchange users.

View-Only Access
It would be nice to be able to set users with view-only access to the system so that they can locate people, but do not have to have booking access for another space. Our specific use-case is so that students (who are unable to book resources) can locate faculty and teaching assistants.

When an alternative room is selected, search all groups for available rooms
When an alternative room is required due to a clash when booking recurring meetings, it would be nice if smart calendar was able to pick from rooms across all groups we have specified.
Currently, only rooms from within the same group are booked if an alternative is required.

When I book a desk can Condeco ask me if I want a parking also, or visa versa
It would make for a better workflow if at the beginning of the booking process you get asked if you want to book:
Desk Only
Parking Only
Desk and Parking combined
or, automatically book a desk when I book a parking.1 vote -
breakout
the condeco app or addon should be able to manage a selection of either one meeting room or multiple rooms booked during the same day and possibly same times but different durations. this is important in many cases of breakout rooms. we hae a boardroom which we book but we want to also have the option to book a number of smaller breakout rooms during the same time the main boardroom is booked. the boardroom can be booked from 9 to 3pm while the breakout rooms can be booked from 1 to 2 for example.

Cost Code Validation
It would be ideal if the on the booking form General Page the user could validate a cost code after entering.
Currently the application only validates when the users hits book/request and close, so if they have entered a lot of chargeable items and find the code is rejected they are not very happy.2 votes -
Make selecting room setup more user friendly. User shouldn't have to go to Equipment tab in order to notify the vendor.
Users have to do 2 things in 2 different places in order to select room setup. Most users think that selecting room setup in the general tab is the end of the story and often forget that they need to go to the equipment tab so that the vendor will get notified. Omit the use of the Equipment tab, it is not intuitive and user friendly. Tie everything into the one step at the General tab.

An option of more chairs for a meeting room.
While booking a meeting room, we could have an option of requesting for more chairs then and there. It can be a chaos later.

Allow Admin Setting of the Release Time of Booking Slots
To allow flexibility for the release of booking slots for Meeting Rooms and other Resources from 0001hrs to the admin's choice suitable for the organisation, eg. 0900hrs.

Pre-configure Outlook Add-in
On initial use of Add-in it is required to enter default URL and run through a verification process.
Could these be pre-configured by our IT Teams via xml config file or similar?

Visitor booking
Can we remove the options for Peel or Fry for visitors? Apparently the front desk can't 'see' them unless it's 2MS so maybe just leave that as the only option?

Set the default meeting reminder for new users
When new employees are synchronised into the Condeco system, the Default Meeting Reminder in the profile of the new users should be set to a certain value automatically. This value should be able to be set via the general settings.

Add Booking Space Features
It will great if tool show booking space features as well - on mouse over or somewhere in description. For example: If I want to book work station then I am looking for few details like whether this workstation has monitor or not, external keyboard and lock etc.
And there must be a feature to report any issue related to that work station or meeting room. For example - HDMI cable is not working.
